★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno rovinato un pantalone nuovo sbagliando per due volte a fare l'orlo.
Quando ho sporto reclamo ho scoperto che era cambiata la gestione e che la nuova (ovvero la signora che da dipendente è diventata proprietaria della sartoria) non si assumeva la responsabilità per il danno che lei stessa mi ha arrecato.
Ovviamente detta persona era al corrente del cambio di proprietà ma si è ben guardata dal tutelare un cliente.
La proprietaria precedente, fatta contattare dalla direzione del centro, dopo 4 giorni non risponde.
Ho deciso di fare una segnalazione ai Carabinieri, non per i 40 euro, tra orlo e valore del capo, persi ma per il menefreghismo e la mala fede di queste due donne.

Sono tornati completamente rovinati, più sporchi di come gli ho portati e soprattutto avevo commissionato 4 orli che non sono mai Stati fatti ma sono Stati però pagati,
Concludo dicendo che oltre che a essere incompetenti siete pure dei grandi maleducati

Hanno rovinato un cappotto di Max Mara di mia figlia che si è ristretto e la stoffa si è infeltrita. Quando l'abbiamo ritirato la prima volta sapeva tantissimo di detersivo. Significa che è stato lavato ad acqua! Non hanno ammesso l'errore. L'hanno rilavato a secco prima di farlo visionare dalla loro assicurazione. Peccato che ormai il colore è diventato spento. La stoffa ha perso il suo spessore e si intravede l'ordito. Una delle persone che lavorano lì ha detto che per 3,5 € non possiamo pretendere. Pretendere di avere indietro un cappotto senza danni?! Avrei volentieri pagato il triplo pur di avere un cappotto pulito a regola d'arte. Ma l'onestà e la dignità non esistono più? La professionalità? Vogliamo parlarne? E il piacere di mettere la firma sotto un lavoro ben fatto? Vergognoso e imbarazzante! State alla larga!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio al cliente, mi chiedono 20 euro per un vestito di valore e al ritiro è rovinato pieno di macchie ed il bianco diventato sporco. Dopo discussioni lo.mandano al.loro laboratorio e dopo due mesi in cui sono andata avanti e indietro almeno 6 volte ,a loro detta il vestito arrivava, finalmente arriva ed è rovinato. Alla mia richiesta di risarcimento dicono al massimo i 20 euro che ho pagato ?chiedo il modulo x assicurazione non ce l hanno?? Chiedo di restituirmi il vestito si rifiutano dicendo che se faccio sinistro non me lo.ridanno ? Tentano di sottrarmi le.ricevute strappandomele dalle mani....faccio una foto alle stesse prima di darle per riavere vestito. Alla fine si rifiutano di consegnarmelo ??? Conclusione chiamo i.carabinieri ed.il vestito me lo consegnano. Consiglio? Lasciate stare se vi rovinano.qulache cosa non risolverete mai alcunché. Pessimo servizio è un eufemismo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un pantapalazzo per fare l'orlo, alla prima lavatrice si è scucita una gamba, glie l'ho riportato dicendogli di rinforzare anche l'altro e mi hanno detto di averlo controllato. Alla seconda lavatrice IDEM. Cioè è un semplice orlo, la base della sartoria! E tra l'altro stra pagato: 7,90€!!! Per me potete anche chiudere.
