★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON RIPARA. MODIFICA E PURE MALE. Elastico da sostituire in vita di pantaloni tecnici, 15€ per lavoro assolutamente banale. La sarta non è (mai) presente e devo spiegare ripetutamente e ampiamente cosa fare. La sarta MODIFICA il pantalone aggiungendo un elastico alto 5cm in vita SOPRA la cintura, lavoro ed esteticamente inguardabile, in più senza avermi consultato o avvisato. Sostiene al limite del ridicolo che 'non si poteva fare altro', offe di riportare allo stato "originale" (rimettendomi pure il vecchio elastico, da pazzi!) e alle mie rimostranze non solo non mi viene rimborsato immediatamente, ma dopo giorni che attendo il rimborso mi viene chiesto di pasare nuovamente in negozio e "compilare modulo di reclamo "manco fossimo al ministero..... E' già la SECONDA VOLTA di pessima esperienza con sartoria, prende iniziative non richieste, livello lavoro bassissimo. DA EVITARE I "CINESI" SON MOLTO MEGLIO
 DOES NOT REPAIR. MODIFICATION AND PURE BAD. Elastic to replace at the waist of technical trousers, € 15 for an absolutely banal job. The seamstress is (never) present and I have to explain repeatedly and extensively what to do. The seamstress MODIFIES the trousers by adding a 5cm high elastic waistband ABOVE the belt, work and aesthetically unwatchable, plus without having consulted or warned me. He claims to the limit of the ridiculous that 'nothing else could be done', he offers to bring back to the "original" state (even putting my old elastic back on me, crazy!) And my grievances are not only not refunded immediately, but after days of waiting the reimbursement I am asked to go back to the shop and "fill in the complaint form" even if we were at the ministry ..... It is already the SECOND TIME of bad experience with tailoring, takes unsolicited initiatives, very low level of work. TO AVOID THE "CHINESE" ARE MUCH BETTER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This laundry was so accommodating! And really a life saver for any tourist! They spoke fluent English and had great next day service. They even delivered to our hotel which was close by while we were out of town for the day. Traveling we had bags of laundry to be washed and they do it by weight. We all know hotel laundry is expensive and no one wants to sit for hours in a launderette while your clothes get done (unless you are on a super super tight budget)
But for the price we paid for the clothes we had was seriously!!!! unparalleled!!! SUCH A GOOD PRICE so you can enjoy Milan!

The lady is super nice and friendly, fast services and just overall pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This laundrette is about 550 meters away, just behind our hotel, Hilton.
The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. She looked at our load and warned us it might be expensive. She even recommended a coin self-service laundrette further down the road.
We however decided to give her our business because of her friendliness.

If you are staying anywhere around Central Station and have the need for laundry or pressing service, please go here. I arrived unexpectedly in Milan on a Saturday night with one day of clean clothes. I noticed that the location was open on Sunday, so I arrived at the opening time with 7 days of socks, shirts, underwear and jeans needing to be laundered. The gentleman behind the desk knew his English and my non-existent Italian was going to cause a problem so he called the owner and she spoke with me and guarenteed me all of my laundry would be ready Monday at 10:30! This was less than one day turnaround. I arrived at 11:00 on Monday and everything was ready and perfectly packaged. The service is unbelievable. Two shirts, three jeans and other clothes by weight totaled euro 26.30. To have the same done in one of the hotels would have cost over euro 100. If you are staying in the Hilton, Four Points, Best Western or Crown Plaza, stop in here and be thrilled with the top quality, friendly service. Thank you !
