Sono arrivata al centro per ritirare un pacco, assieme a me trovo un secondo cliente anche lui in attesa, perplesso : il negozio è aperto, si può entrare , la porta non è chiusa, non troviamo nessuno, chiamiamo a gran voce, nessuna risposta, chiamiamo al numero di cellulare indicato più e più volte e sempre riattaccano . Dopo mille chiamate vengo ricontatta da una presunta responsabile che in tono aggressivo mi chiede cosa voglio, spiego quanto sopra ( siamo 2 clienti in attesa…. ) , minaccia di mandarmi i carabinieri per lesa proprietà ( perché sono entrata in un negozio aperto) accampa spiegazioni tipo " la signorina si è sentita male ed è dovuta correre in ospedale , lasciando tutto aperto" insomma per farla breve : il secondo cliente spazientito ed imbufalito se ne va, io continuo via WhatsApp a sollecitare tramite il numero di cellulare appeso sulla porta, alla fine dopo 10 minuti arriva una signorina, sana e salva, correndo ( quindi non scendendo da un'ambulanza ) sostenendo che erano in formazione …...nessuna scusa , nulla , come se fosse normale trattare un "cliente" in questo modo ….Sconsigliatissimo, per di più un negozio con merce da recapitare lasciato aperto ed incustodito…..a disposizione dei passanti, che speriamo abbiano un livello di serietà migliore dei gestori di questo servizio di recapito pacchi !!
Bad experience. Highly discouraged. I arrived at the center to collect a package, together with me I find a second customer also waiting, perplexed: the shop is open, you can enter, the door is not closed, we don't find anyone, we call out loud, no answer, we call the cell phone number indicated over and over and always hang up. After a thousand calls I am contacted by an alleged manager who aggressively asks me what I want, I explain the above (we are 2 customers waiting ...), he threatens to send me the carabinieri for injured property (because I entered an open shop) camp explanations like "the young lady felt bad and had to run to the hospital, leaving everything open" in short to make a long story short: the second impatient and imbufalito customer leaves, I continue via WhatsApp to solicit through the cell phone number hanging on the door, at end after 10 minutes a young lady arrives, safe and sound, running (therefore not getting off an ambulance) claiming that they were in training ... ... no excuse, nothing, as if it were normal to treat a "customer" in this way .... Not recommended, moreover a shop with goods to be delivered left open and unattended ... .. available to passers-by, which we hope have a better level of seriousness than the managers of this service. parcel delivery !!
