La spedizione andava in provincia di Cremona, non in Australia,
Dopo tante telefonate e rimbalzate, con perdita di tempo e denaro, mia e della mia cliente, è arrivato oggi 2/2/2018 in condizioni pietose, allego foto,
Per niente un servizio serio e affidabile, mi piacerebbe che anche ai responsabili di questa spedizione, arrivasse un pacco così e quasi un mese dopo....... Sono delusissima
Ah dimenticavo, c è ancora da verificare il contenuto, se manca qualcosa o si è rotto qualcosa!!! Ma ovviamente, facendoti firmare il modulo ordine spedizioni, la colpa di quello che è successo al mio pacco è mia e non delle persone che ho pagato per il servizio!!!

Non cerco un rapporto di amicizia ma professionalità e tempestività del sevizio e posso dire che non sono mai stato deluso.
Il personale sa fare molto bene il proprio mestiere informandami tempestivamente in caso di problematiche e risolvendo gli eventuali problemi.
Altamente consigliato a chi vuol essere sicuro di vedere recapitato il materiale spedito.

I have used MBE's shipping service in Treviglio several times, for parcels to be sent to Spain, Mexico and Peru. Well, I have always found trained, courteous and helpful staff. The prices are also absolutely competitive. I'll be back without a doubt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per stampare la bolla per una spedizione ho pagato 50cent! Ridicolo! Se è ridotto a sfruttare la qualsiasi occasione per spillare soldi (50cent per un foglio A4) vuol dire che sono messi proprio male e si meritano il fallimento
To print the delivery note, I paid 50 cents! Ridiculous! If he is reduced to taking advantage of any opportunity to tap money (50cent for an A4 sheet) it means that they are in really bad shape and deserve failure.

I 4 bagagli sono stati tempestivamente spediti alla destinazione del mare e puntualmente riportati senza danni né problemi all'ufficio di Treviglio. Ho chiesto un preventivo che è stato rispettato e per le tempistiche di consegna mi sono attenuta a quanto consigliato da Davide e Marta; fidarsi dei loro suggerimenti è la scelta migliore. Lo utilizzerò ancora e l'ho già consigliato ad amici e parenti.
the service I received was one of courtesy and total availability. The 4 bags were promptly sent to the destination of the sea and promptly reported without damage or problems to the Treviglio office. I asked for a quote that was respected and for the delivery times I followed what was recommended by Davide and Marta; trusting their suggestions is the best choice. I will use it again and have already recommended it to friends and relatives.

Venire appositamente e non trovarvi è proprio fastidioso, anzi inaccettabile.
