★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben fornita, peccato per il rispetto degli orari. Ore 10.30 ed è ancora chiusa, mentre il suo orario di apertura è 9.30-13.30 (fonte google, pagine bianche, facebook, ect) . Davvero poco serio e professionale!
Ore 11.00 esasperato me ne vado via, vergognoso.
Well supplied, too bad for respecting the schedules. 10.30 am and is still closed, while its opening time is 9.30 am-1.30 pm (source google, white pages, facebook, ect). Really not serious and professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente trovi una seconda famiglia. Vieni seguito seriamente, e non posso che parlare bene sia della gente che degli istruttori. Davvero davvero consigliata! Si ariva in 7 min a piedi dalla metro, molto comoda quindi.
You basically find a second family. You are being followed seriously, and I can only speak well of both the people and the instructors. Really really recommended! You arrived in 7 minutes on foot from the metro, so very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle poche vere palestre dove potersi allenare seguiti da persone esperte e piacevoli.
Non ci sono fronzoli ma solo attrezzi utili per l’allenamento. Le schede vengono scritte su un pezzo di carta perché così si possono modificare facilmente.
Inoltre una delle poche palestre dove si può girare senza scarpe con le calze.
One of the few real gyms where you can train followed by experienced and pleasant people.
There are no frills but only useful tools for training. The cards are written on a piece of paper so that they can be easily edited.
Also one of the few gyms where you can walk without shoes with socks.
