Nessun avviso nella cassetta postale, ieri eravamo in casa all'ora che il corriere dichiara essere passato. Scorretti e maleducati, anche il call center risponde in maniera per niente esaustiva, inoltre il corriere avrebbe potuto telefonare, visto che aveva il mio numero di cellulare. Un corriere sconsigliatissimo, in primis i suoi corrieri che invece di infilare completamente il tagliando di passaggio nella cassetta delle lettere, lo lascia infilato in una fessura presa a caso, dove basta un soffio di vento per perderlo, per non parlare delle infinite volte che i pacchi arrivano sempre danneggiati Mentre per quanto riguarda gli operai degli uffici, dopo essermi recata per conto del mio compagno dove dovevo comunicare di voler rifiutare una consegna, mi hanno negato la richiesta perché ero senza delega. Consegna prevista ieri entro le 15.30, alle 18 chiamo e si scusano ma il trasportatore e rimasto in panne con il mezzo...comprensibile ma nessuno ha avvisato. L'operatore mi garantisce la consegna per l'indomani, appuntando la tassatività ai colleghi. Oggi ore 18.50 consegna mancata, non risponde nessuno, nessuno ha avvisato. Scopro lo stato di rinvio a domani dal link del tracking. Lascierò una recensione parzialmente negativa anche al commerciante che ha scelto di collaborare con questo partner. Amazon che evito il più possibile a vantaggio di altri sani e "comuni" commercianti con il negozio fisico e on line ha sicuramente il pregio di avere capito l'importanza del servizio logistica e della considerazione del cliente. Negli anni molte volte ho avuto a che fare anche professionalmente con BRT e l'esperienza è stata il più delle volte deludente.

Il giorno 5/4 mi mandano un messaggio sul cellulare "destinatario assente". Preciso che ero a casa con mia moglie e non abbiamo sentito suonare il campanello e comunque nella cassetta della posta non c'erano avvisi?!! Mi danno poi indicazione di consegna giorno 6...Io indico un orario e BRT lo cambia. Comunque consegna del 6 disattesa con indicazioni successive per consegna 7/4. Sono rimasto a casa sperando che arrivassero. Visto nessuno. Dopo qualche ora altro messaggio con ulteriore spostamento al giorno 8. Ed io dovrei far trovare qualcuno a casa per aspettare chi non arriva???? Vergognatevi!!!!!! In decenni del mio lavoro non ho mai visto un'organizzazione così scadente. Semplicemente pazzesco. Da notare che le recensioni sono quasi tutte pari alle mie. Sicce domani non ci sarò ho messo un'indicazione sul campanello affinché mettano nel giardino recintato il pacchetto. Temo che sarà comunque inutile. Non capisco comunque come questo corriere possa ancora operare nel mercato. Zero professionalità. Ancora vergogna!!? Peccato che alle 10:40 eravamo tutti a casa quindi il corriere non ha nemmeno suonato. Ma è normale inventarsi una mancata consegna? Maleducati e poco professionali. Cambiate personale se non hanno voglia di lavorare! Ricordate inoltre di dire ai vostri corrieri che la mascherina va indossata!
