★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce site est une arnaque ! Ils vous mettent en contact avec des agences qui vous escroquent une fois arrivés à destination. Ma location a triplé entre le site et l agence de Dubrovnik car facturation de frais assurances, taxes... quand vous réclamez à votre retour, ils refusent de s occuper de gérer avec le loueur avec qui ils vous ont mis en relation. A FUIR ! Contactez directement les loueurs sur leur site, vous économiserez !!
This site is a scam! They put you in touch with agencies that cheat you when you reach your destination. My rent has tripled between the site and the agency in Dubrovnik because billing insurance costs, taxes ... when you claim on your return, they refuse to take care of manage with the landlord with whom they put you in relation. TO FLEE ! Contact directly the renters on their site, you will save !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare abbiamo prenotato tramite app e pagato con una carta di credito prepagata logicamente il pagamento è andata a buon fine ma al momento del ritiro l’operatore Hertz ha rifiutato il ritiro e essendo dopo le 20 non è stato possibile annullare la prenotazione, al momento non ci hanno rimborsato e ci dicono neanche lo faranno. Da evitare veramente t………
To avoid we booked through the app and paid with a prepaid credit card logically the payment was successful but at the time of collection the Hertz operator refused the collection and being after 8 pm it was not possible to cancel the reservation at the time they haven't refunded us and they tell us they won't. They tried to give me complete different car , a poor level(AVIS) and I booked 2 weeks in advance with RENTALCARS online another type and level car.
I’m still waiting for a refund more than 2 months and nobody show up to give me a solution!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling. Allowed us to pay online with American Express but when we turned up to collect the car demanded a MasterCard which we don’t have. No alternative was offered - so we have had to forgo the money. I hope to get a refund, I am unsure I will.
