 I bought an appliance. They picked up the used items, I received all the instructions clearly. I was satisfied and I recommend both for repairs and for new purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l asciugatrice a riparare cambiato la scheda x 185 euro portata a casa non asciugava riportata xchè uscita tecnico 50 euro hanno detto che era sporca di pelucchi mi chiedono altri 40 euro ma quando le riparano non le provano ?secondo me era in garanzia riparazione già che l ho dovuta riportare
I took the dryer to repair changed the card x 185 euro brought home it did not dry reported because technical output 50 euro they said it was dirty with lint they ask me for another 40 euro but when they repair them they do not try them? In my opinion it was already under warranty repair that I had to bring it back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stelle!!! Assistenza pessima, scortesi al telefono e non riuscendo a risolvere il problema su un NUOVO elettrodomestico mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che è fatto così. Ho chiamato direttamente la casa madre e mi hanno detto che non possono più intervenire perché sul rapporto di assistenza ho dichiarato di non voler più quel tipo di elettrodomestico, cosa che io non ho assolutamente detto!
Dopo 1 mese che sono in ballo ho dovuto cambiare marca di elettrodomestico.
Zero stars !!! Bad assistance, rude on the phone and failing to fix the problem on a NEW appliance they dismissed me by telling me that's how it is. I called the parent company directly and they told me that they can no longer intervene because on the service report I declared that I no longer want that type of appliance, which I absolutely did not say!
After 1 month of being in dance I had to change the brand of appliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato da sempre gli elettrodomestici presso le varie catene di elettronica, questa volta ho voluto provare ad acquistare presso un negozio, volevo, insomma, essere consigliata da un vero professionista e non da un commesso che ti dice "le lavastoviglie sono lì"...e non ho sbagliato!! Sono stata consigliata (tramite telefono, causa covid) sul modello che potesse soddisfare le mie preferenze e dopo pochi giorni 2 dipendenti di Regiorgio sono venuti a montarmi la mia nuova lavastoviglie. Hanno fatto un lavoro egregio, mi hanno sistemato anche lo sportello della mia cucina che va a coprire l'elettrodomestico che era sbilenco e poi sono stati lì a spiegarmi il funzionamento. Ho pagato tramite bonifico istantaneo, direttamente finito il lavoro. Poi hanno portato via la vecchia lavastoviglie. Quindi consiglio Regiorgio e comunque tutte quelle attività per cui il cliente viene seguito dalla vendita, all'istallazione!
After having always bought appliances from various electronics chains, this time I wanted to try to buy from a store, in short, I wanted to be recommended by a true professional and not by a salesman who tells you "the dishwashers are there". ..and I was not wrong! I was advised (by phone, due to covid) on the model that could satisfy my preferences and after a few days 2 Regiorgio employees came to fit my new dishwasher. They did an excellent job, they also fixed the door of my kitchen that covers the appliance that was lopsided and then they were there to explain to me how it works. I paid by instant bank transfer, finished the job directly. Then they took away the old dishwasher. So I recommend Regiorgio and in any case all those activities for which the customer is followed from the sale to the installation!
