Poi ho anche inviato una richiesta tramite e-mail alla quale senza mezzi termini ho ricevuto la risposta secca “NON DISPONIBILE”, senza un cenno di cortesia tipo “mi dispiace ma...”. Credo che non lo ricontatterò più in futuro! I initially contacted him on the phone to find out if he had a spare part for a Black & Decker product and it immediately seemed a bit gruff towards a potential customer. Then I also sent a request by e-mail to which in no uncertain terms I received the dry reply "NOT AVAILABLE", without a nod of courtesy like "I'm sorry but ...". I believe I will not contact him again in the future!
M	Marco R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato un prodotto per chiedere un preventivo di riparazione, me lo sono trovato “riparato” (una spruzzata d’olio senza cambiare alcun componente) senza il mio consenso a procedere. Il problema non è stato risolto e vista la spesa di 50€ ne avrei preferito comprare uno nuovo a 150€. Ho chiesto il rimborso entro i 7 giorni e mi è stato negato. Cafonaggine e menefreghismo. Piuttosto che far riparare, comprate on line! È li il futuro, la gente disonesta deve chiudere. I brought a product to ask for a repair quote, I found it "repaired" (a splash of oil without changing any component) without my consent to proceed. The problem has not been solved and given the expense of 50 € I would have preferred to buy a new one for 150 €. I asked for a refund within 7 days and I was denied. Crap and nonchalance. Rather than having it repaired, buy online! The future is there, dishonest people have to close.
