Scelsi un pc in esposiozione dentro una teca, confermandomi che il computer era stato solo messo li e mai acceso. Una volta arrivato a casa, trovai il computer completamente scarico, cosi già dubbioso sono andato a verificare la data della prima accensione, che risaliva a 2 mesi prima. Fatto questo, tornai al negozio per il reso. Il personale, tanto gentile, quanto veramente ignorante, si sono rifiutati di farmi il reso perchè il computer non è mai stato acceso (e la batteria allo zero%?), poi perchè il computer non ha problemi, dopo di che la data che ho visto io era quella in cui il software era stato assemblato al computer (RIDICOLI, piuttosto che dire certe scemenze, non dire niente e cambia lavoro, e alla svelta.). Poi certo, i prodotti vengono consegnati con la batteria a secco, per la sicurezza delle persone. Complimenti. Hanno un manuale per spararle così grosse? Però si, alla fine il reso si sono rifiutati, ma veramente gentili e cortesi, ottimo lavoro! (p.s. Vi allego la mail di cui tanto parlate.) Then of course, the products are delivered with the dry battery, for the safety of people. Compliments. Do they have a manual to shoot them that big? But yes, in the end the return was refused, but really kind and courteous, great job! (p.s. I am attaching the email you talk about so much.)

Aggiornamento gennaio 2022: tolte due stelle. Acquistata online lavastoviglie, consegnata presso questo punto vendita. Prodotto pagato immediatamente in negozio, saldata anche consegna a domicilio, montaggio e ritiro dell'usato. Sto ancora aspettando che vengano, al telefono ti dicono che lo faranno poi il nulla. Aggiornamento febbraio 2022: tolgo un'altra stella. Lavastoviglie montata, cellophane e tonnellate di polistirolo lasciate davanti casa, senza neanche avvisare che non si sarebbero portati via loro tutta quell'immondizia. Indecenti. Purchased Dishwasher Online, delivered at this point of sale. Product paid immediately in the store, welded also home delivery, assembly and withdrawal of the used. I'm still waiting for they to come on the phone they tell you that nothing will do it. Update February 2022: I take another star. Mounted dishwasher, cellophane and polystyrene tons left in front of the house, without even notifying that they would not take all that garbage. Indecent.

Siamo stati per acquistare due prodotti da volantino (uno era una lavatrice) ed entrambi casualmente non erano tenuti da questo negozio (non è che fossero terminati, il negozio proprio non li teneva come diceva il volantino). E sempre casualmente hanno cercato di propinarci una delle lavatrici più costose che avevano loro in negozio, insistendo anche, nonostante avessimo chiesto due/ tre volte il prodotto in volantino o comunque uno che era simile sia di prezzo che di qualità. Bocciato. Disappointing. We went to buy two products from the flyer (one was a washing machine) and both were casually not kept by this shop (it's not that they were out of stock, the shop just didn't keep them like the flyer said). And always casually they tried to pour us one of the most expensive washing machines they had in the shop, also insisting, even though we had asked for the product in the flyer two / three times or in any case one that was similar in both price and quality. Failed.

Ci è stato suggerito (valutate le nostre esigenze) un prodotto particolarmente scontato, perfetto per noi. A tempo di record hanno procurato anche i sacchi di ricambio, in quel momento non disponibili nel p.d.v.. Sia la Signora che ci ha seguiti nell'acquisto dell'aspirapolvere che la Signora ed il Signore che ci hanno consegnato i sacchetti sono stati gentilissimi, professionali e sempre sorridenti.
