★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa bionda estremamente scortese. Servizio pessimo non hanno un registro digitale delle tessere vip card ( che oltretutto fanno pagare 30 euro all anno) pertanto se dimentichi la tessera paghi per intero...arcaico a dire poco
Extremely rude blonde saleswoman. Bad service they do not have a digital register of vip cards (which moreover charge 30 euros a year) so if you forget the card you pay in full ... archaic to say the least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo un sacco si recensioni negatove sul personale, in tutte le sedi. Credo ci sia qualcosa che non va nelle esigenze dei clienti. Ovunque sono andata ho semore trovato personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Ottima soluzione la VIP card che nell'arco dell'anno ti fa risprmiare parecchi soldi. Non capisco la gente che se ne lamenta e soprattutto del fatto che senza, non hai sconti. E' scritto ovunque!!
I read a lot of negative reviews about staff, in all locations. I think there is something wrong with customer needs. Everywhere I went I always found staff helpful and very kind. An excellent solution is the VIP card that saves you a lot of money over the course of the year. I don't understand the people who complain about it and above all of the fact that without it, you have no discounts. It is written everywhere !!
