più due caschi Vj Matt Black .
Due mesi fa si presenta il problema uno dei due caschi (al momento), è difettoso come si vede in foto, CONTATTO il venditore il sig. Attilio il quale consiglia di applicare del collante, procedura veloce che adotta quando si presenta l'anomalia. Contatto il centro assistenza Piaggio mi dice assolutamente mai manomettere i loro prodotti soprattutto quando sono nuovi e in garanzia . Mi aspetta la sostituzione del prodotto.
Ad oggi mi trovo che il casco non mi è stato ancora sostituito sempre più scollato e insicuro sulla sicurezza in caso di trauma.
Il venditore dovrebbe fare un reso per prodotto difettato e non conforme alle vendite cosa che si ostiene a fare.
Pensare che sono a lui gratuiti i resi!!
Quindi posso dire che nessuna assistenza ai clienti dopo la vendita,
mi trovo con un casco che a breve si danneggerà totalmente aver speso cifre non giustificative alla qualità.

purchased at the end of November 2016 by Mr. Attilio Vespa Gts Super Sport
plus two Vj Matt Black helmets.
Two months ago the problem occurs one of the two helmets (at the moment), is defective as seen in the photo, CONTACT the seller Mr. Attilio who recommends applying glue, a quick procedure that is adopted when the anomaly occurs. Contacting the Piaggio assistance center tells me absolutely never to tamper with their products especially when they are new and under warranty. I expect the replacement of the product.
To date I find that the helmet has not yet been replaced to me more and more low-cut and insecure on safety in case of trauma.
The seller should make a return for a defective and non-compliant product which he refuses to do.
To think that returns are free of charge !!
So I can say that no customer support after the sale,
I find myself with a helmet that will be damaged in the short term having spent non-justification figures for quality.
