Ha riparato la lavavetri della Folletto che il centro autorizzato della Folletto, dopo ben 3 volte che gliela ho portata in riparazione non è stata in grado di riparare. Altre volte ho avuto modo di comprare pezzi di ricambio ed altre riparazioni, hanno sempre risolto il problema con molta, molta onestà . Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare una sola stella. In tre occasioni ho richiesto componenti di ricambio per elettrodomestici mai arrivati. Proprio oggi dopo due mesi di attesa sono passato in negozio per chiedere notizie circa la fornitura di una spazzola per aspiratore imetec. Non trovano neanche l'appunto con la mia richiesta e di conseguenza il ricambio non è stato ordinato. Professionalità discutibile. Loro sono gentili, ma non basta.

Just today, after two months of waiting, I went to the shop to ask for news about the supply of an imetec vacuum cleaner brush. They do not even find the note with my request and consequently the spare part has not been ordered. Questionable professionalism. They are kind, but that's not enough.
