★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al 4 settembre ho usufruito del servizio WhatsApp per chiedere se potessero procurarmi un pezzo aggiuntivo per il mio piano cottura, sono stata contattata telefonicamente e mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere a breve. Poi il silenzio. Ho mandato vari solleciti su WhatsApp senza risposta. A fine settembre ho richiamato e mi è stato detto che sarei stata ricontattata sempre su WhatsApp. La signorina si è scusata per aver perso i miei messaggi tra i tanti ricevuti e ho dovuto rispiegare tutto, ha nuovamente risposto (dopo un mese!) Che mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Alla mia richiesta di non farmi aspettare un altro mese mi è stato risposto sgarbatamente. Questo è l'unico servizio assistenza nella zona, se non assiste il cliente a chi altri mi dovrei rivolgere?! Complimenti per la gentilezza e la professionalità con cui mi avete trattato. Ma non mollo, ho bisogno di voi e voi dovete assistere (e anche rispettare) il cliente, altrimenti potete anche chiudere! Non pretendo un tecnico a casa il giorno stesso ma almeno una risposta per sapere se il pezzo sia disponibile o no, non mi sembra di essere così esigente!
On September 4, I used the WhatsApp service to ask if they could get me an additional piece for my hob, I was contacted by phone and told that they would let me know shortly. Then silence. I have sent several reminders on WhatsApp with no response. At the end of September I called back and was told that I would always be contacted on WhatsApp. The young lady apologized for losing my messages among the many received and I had to re-explain everything, she replied again (after a month!) That she would let me know. My request not to make me wait another month was answered rudely. This is the only assistance service in the area, if it does not assist the customer who else should I contact ?! Congratulations on the kindness and professionalism with which you have treated me. But I don't give up, I need you and you have to assist (and also respect) the customer, otherwise you can close! I don't expect a technician at home the same day but at least an answer to know if the piece is available or not, I don't seem to be so demanding!
