 Hoover customer service contacted at 2.30 pm for a serious malfunction of a washing machine with three weeks of life, CONTACTED AT 5.50 pm by Sc service to fix the intervention under warranty on Monday morning at 8.00 !! What else ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno per un problema alla lavatrice, la signora al telefono ed il proprietario sono molto cordiali, anche quando vengono in casa sono molto disponibili e a modo.
Ogni tanto risponde un uomo al telefono che è un po' meno cordiale, un po' brusco ma non maleducato.
Comumi son trovato bene
I needed a washing machine problem, the lady on the phone and the owner are very friendly, even when they come in the house they are very helpful and kind.
Every now and then a man on the phone answers who is a little less friendly, a little curt but not rude.
Comumi am found well

Ieri sera ho avuto problemi con la mia lavatrice Haier perdeva acqua e puzza di bruciato ,.
Questa mattina ho aperto la pratica con l'assistenza . E questa sera alle 17 puntualissimi mi hanno risolto il problema.. complimenti al Signor Ivano per la sua determinazione e professionalità nel risolvere il problema della mia lavatrice In nemmeno 30 minuti.

This morning I opened the case with assistance. And tonight at 5 pm they solved my problem on time .. congratulations to Mr. Ivano for his determination and professionalism in solving the problem of my washing machine In less than 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fruito di intervento in garanzia per una lavatrice Hoover praticamente nuova. Contattato centro assistenza ufficiale venerdì, richiamati da SC il pomeriggio stesso ed intervenuto subito lunedì mattina risolvendo immediatamente il problema. Non posso che consigliare e ringraziare.
Benefit from warranty service for a practically new Hoover washing machine. Contacted the official assistance center on Friday, called back by SC the same afternoon and intervened immediately on Monday morning, solving the problem immediately. I can only recommend and thank you.

Il tecnico è stato educato, puntuale e cortese. Tuttavia il mio frigorifero aveva ancora problemi. Così ho Ri contattato l’assistenza Candy ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta adeguata fino a quando, Paolo, non è intervenuto in prima persona con molta professionalità e mi ha sbloccato la situazione.
Kindness and professionalism. I bought a Candy refrigerator that had a problem. They intervened through the assistance of the company. The technician was polite, punctual and courteous. However my refrigerator still had problems. So I contacted Candy's assistance again but I never received an adequate response until Paolo personally intervened with great professionalism and unblocked the situation.
