F	Fabrizio Maxenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che si trova una risposta solo da parte del concessionario alla mia recensione con una stella mi sento di dare la mia versione: Mi sono recato per un test moto concordato da circa una settimana presentandomi con dovuto anticipo (credevo ci fossero da firmare carte ecc). Al mio arrivo vengo accolto con sufficienza e mi viene subito detto che la moto NON ERA IN CONCESSIONARIO perchè era stata data come sostitutiva e io non ero stato avvisato in quanto non avevano il mio cellulare (notare che avevo prenotato via whatsapp). Non c'erano altri clienti per la prova prima e dopo di me ci tengo a precisarlo. Mi viene detto che il cliente che aveva in comodato la moto sarebbe stato richiamato per rendere possibile la prova ma dopo mezz'ora di attesa (completamente ignorato e lasciato nel cortile dell'officina) decido di andarmene. Il titolare allora si innervosisce e mi rinfaccia sarcasticamente che l'appuntamento era per le 16:30 ed essendo andato via alle 16:32 avrei fatto al massimo "la prova della moto di un minuto?". NB: alle 16:35 stavo salendo in macchina per andare via e di moto non se ne sono viste arrivare. Per me va bene così ma questo non è assolutamente il modo di trattare un cliente in nessun caso. Aggiungo che nello stesso giorno avevo già visitato altri concessionari per vedere e provare altre moto, ed il trattamento è stato radicalmente diverso. Since there is only a dealer response to my review with a star, I would like to give my version: I went for an agreed bike test for about a week, showing up well in advance (I thought there were papers to be signed, etc.). Upon my arrival I am greeted with disdain and I am immediately told that the bike WAS NOT IN THE DEALER because it was given as a replacement and I had not been notified as they did not have my mobile phone (note that I had booked via whatsapp). There were no other customers for the test before and after me I want to clarify it. I am told that the customer who had loaned the bike would be called back to make the test possible but after half an hour of waiting (completely ignored and left in the workshop courtyard) I decide to leave. The owner then gets nervous and sarcastically accuses me that the appointment was for 16:30 and having left at 16:32 I would have done at most "the one-minute test of the bike?". NB: at 4:35 pm I was getting into the car to leave and no motorcycles were seen arriving. That's okay with me but this is absolutely not the way to treat a customer under any circumstances. I would add that on the same day I had already visited other dealers to see and test other bikes, and the treatment was radically different.

Consiglio a tutti di cercare altrove negozi di moto piu' seri e onesti. NEGATIVE A LITTLE PROFESSIONAL SHOP THAT VALUES YOUR USED TWO MONEY. I do not recommend it to anyone. Sia Ivano che Manuel sono i migliori. Toso Moto numero 1 In tutta Lecco e provincia . Too bad they can only give 5 stars. Consegnata moto acquistata usata con tagliando effettuato e ricontrollata nel dettaglio!! Pienamente soddisfatto, ti seguono nel consigliarti al meglio. Lo staf di meccanici lavorano con i guanti e non lasciano niente al caso. Praticamente toso moto il TOP dei TOP . Grande Toso ?
