★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur essendo di Varese, ho fatto rimorchiare qui il mio xenter 150 perchè non partiva più una sera che sono stato a Como. Già alla prima telefonata quando li allertavo dell’arrivo del carroattrezzi mi hanno descritto il problema come “noto” e frequente sugli scooter xenter come il mio (guarnizione testa).
Mi preventivano 550euro totali con un elenco pezzi anticipato a voce da neanche 200euro. Inutile ogni tentativo di richiesta di sconto economico o almeno di cambio olio all’interno del prezzo. Niente.
Non mi sono dato per vinto. Il mio meccanico di Varese, con pezzi originali e fattura, mi ha fatto 400euro compreso il rimorchio da Como a Varese. Quasi meno 30%
Despite being from Varese, I had my xenter 150 towed here because it no longer left one evening when I was in Como. Already on the first phone call when I alerted them to the arrival of the tow truck, they described the problem as "known" and frequent on xenter scooters like mine (head gasket).
They cost me a total of 550 euros with a list of parts in advance by voice of not even 200 euros. Any attempt to request an economic discount or at least an oil change within the price is useless. Nothing.
I didn't give up. My mechanic from Varese, with original parts and invoice, made me 400 euros including the trailer from Como to Varese. Almost minus 30%
