★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not even close to neapolitan pizza, dough was super dry, hydratation super low, it should be fluffy not heavy and cracky. Low to no salt at all, dough was a bit bitter(??) and didnt smell like yest. Other Ingridients were also low quality. Big pizza fan, but i couldnt even finish it :( service was really friendly, place was stylish. Work a bit on your pizza and this place will be 5/5! Ps.I can send you some tutorials how to make good dough! Also - maybe it was a bad day of picaiolo, cause other photos in reviews look better than mine was. Unfortunately didnt take a pic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose pizza tasting, so my fiancée and I got several variations of pizzas and... it was perfect, pizzas were delicious, extraordinary, and suprising. Lots of new, wonderful tastes and combinations of them! Also perfectly choosen wines to every pizza variation. It all made our evening a dream, thank You very much! Best Regards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy to see someone taking a business chance and offering something outside the box. We were happy to experience something extraordinary and different in a region where the average menu can become repetitive. I tried the Margherita and have to say the quality of the simple ingredients was appreciated. My friends had the Pizza experience and it was a nice selection of different cooking styles and toppings. More than enough food to share. We also enjoyed the white IGT from DEI winery. It was chilled to my liking for this style of wine. Service was friendly our waiter Pasquale was very efficient and knowledgeable about the dishes. The staff speak also speak English. Bravi
