Materie prime selezionatissime. Titolare simpatico e staff gentile. Per coppie o per lavoro. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Peccato per la parte esterna non fruibile ma la parte interna è antica e con volte a botte. Fresca anche d'estate. Nice place, brand new, great assortment of wines. Price 50 € per person but it is worth it. Small portions but very worked and well-kept in the presentation. Highly selected raw materials. Nice owner and kind staff. For couples or for work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Too bad for the outside not usable but the inside is ancient and with barrel vaults. Fresh even in summer.

The interior is a beautiful contrast of ancient stone with modern design, a lot of small intimate feeling spaces. Have had a quite a bit of the menu, and everything is top notch. Owner's knowledge of wine is impeccable.

It offers great variety of wines (not only those from Montepulciano, but also from Montalcino and even other regions of Italy such as e.g. Veneto and Piedmont), good food, and cozy atmosphere.

The food was great and the service was amazing!! The Ragu with pici was my favorite as well as the pasta with the seafood and lime ?
