Definitely in my top 5 of best restaurants ever, same for my husband. The food is surprising, perfectly balanced flavours. The sad thing is that we did it on our last night here and that we didn't do the tasting menu as im so curious about the rest of the food. My favorite of the night was the "button" ravaioli with the bisque, cheese, lime, raw pink shrimps. But also everything else was amazing. The wine we had was surprisingly nice and a local product so I know where we will stop today ?
P	Purva Sawant-Varley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was this one of the good restaurants I’ve eaten at? Yes. Is it one of the best? No. This restaurant has so much potential. It’s beautifully located and the owners seem to be passionate about the food they want to serve. I had the tasting menu and the courses went from decent to really good. The beef cheek and cheesecake were my favourite. The wine was absolutely perfect and it worked so well with the all the courses. The service wasn’t the best or what you’d expect for the money you’d be spending. When we tried to ask them questions about our food they were unable to answer them or never got back with an answer. It was a bit disappointing because we had been looking forward to our meal. Our waiter kept changing and the time between the courses kept increasing to an uncomfortable level. There are some beautiful restaurants that we’ve eaten at in Tuscany and we were looking forward to eating here but we were slightly disappointed. I would still recommend it for the food and wine but not for the service or value for money.

Food is almost Michelin starred but yet with the gentle touch of Italians and their warmth. Long wine selection and also mineral water has its own list. Top place

The highlight was definitely the shrimp starters. It was probably the best raw shrimp I have ever eaten. Don’t miss the dish when you have a chance to eat here.
