Unbelievably rude. I wanted a coffee and really needed to use the restroom. I walked in and saw the giant espresso machine but the staff was busy outside taking orders, so I went to the bathroom. All hell broke out when I returned to the counter. I was told there is no coffee, we are a wine and food bar. He was so viscerally agitated. I understand the concept of being a customer to use the bathroom but I was not even allowed to get wine at that point. He told me the bathroom is €1 in such a way that meant ‘please leave.’ If the espresso machine is off, ok, then I’ll get something else. I must have really offended this guy or he’s just a nasty person. I really don’t understand and have been fuming for days, bc he cursed at me in Italian on my way out. I wish I had not paid the €1. Also, previous reviews confirm that they DO have coffee.

Get your frozen lasagna from the supermarket, might be cheaper and tastier. My friend ordered a pizza Margherita and also found it flavourless, as if it was frozen too. Even the shape looks industrialised. Didn’t try the wines so can’t comment there and didn’t experience bad service as the other reviews - but didn’t see anything amazing either.

Me and my boyfriend were travelling around Central Italy with motorbike for 2 weeks and we saw a lot of beautiful places everywhere, of course lot of them very crowded, with a lot of tourists and every restaurant , coffee shop or Gelateria were full, so the waiters were try to serve as best as they can, BUT as we have the WORST treatment, welcoming and service as in this so called “restaurant” we haven’t in the whole world and we have been in a lot of places, countries, cities, continents, bars, small restaurants, expensive restaurants and so on... We DEFINITELY DON’T recommend it to Anyone, not only the tourists, not even to locals!!! Improve your attitude, cause not only locations sells in these days!! Very, very much disappointed!

The service I received was really great and the artichoke bruschetta is absolutely amazing. So good that I ate two servings.

The worst experience of my life. If I could give zero stars, I would. We came here in a good mood, we were decent, we sat down at the prepared table. The owner came and told us that we had to sit at another table because of covid 19 measures. We apologized and moved. He was rude and reluctant. We ordered food and wine. Good wine, terrible pasta. Pasta looked and tasted worse than instant pasta from a bag. When we wanted to pay, we apologized and said we would not pay for the food because we did not eat anything and we did not like it. We wanted a bill, the owner without offering a solution, left and called the police. This was followed by 15 minutes of waiting. When the police arrived, we wanted to resolve the situation in peace, but the owner almost did not let us speak. He was rude, started yelling at us and explaining to the police in Italian what happened. We didn't understand anything and it was annoying. In the end, we gave up and got a € 10 discount. We really left disappointed, I've never experienced anything like this. The owner is an unpleasant, evil, annoying d***.

Despite al negative reviews, we had a great time here. We didn't order much food, but the bruchetta was great! Drinks were available for a good price. Also the owner was kind and welcoming. Nice music. Would come back!

Nice place to chill and make some aperitivo, eat some tuscan antipasto or panino, take a cup of coffee or cappuccino. I like its interior it's different not in rustic tuscan style, more modern, simple & stylish. Actually (imho) its cappuccino is the best in the town, may be cuz they use Lavazza coffee beans and some special sort of milk. I love to take it away. The sandwiches are so-so, but cheese and tuscan salumi are very good. Sometimes you can find here original sweets as sicilian cannoli (frozen but directly from Sicily and tasty). In nextdoor room there is small enotec - you can choose some intetesting wine to teste.

Probably the worst pasta I’ve had in my life. (Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms) Pizza was not good as well but not as terrible as the pasta. The local white wine was good and fairly priced (4.5 euros). Also the host didn’t bother much to smile, however that’s my personal preference.
