A	Alessandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pronto soccorso così chiamato per dare una risposta rapida, invece si aspetta come minimo 3h, parlando con altri genitori anche 5/7h. Pessima esperienza mai più, andrò altrove. The emergency room so called to give a quick response, instead waits at least 3h, talking with other parents even 5 / 7h. Bad experience never again, will go elsewhere.

Recandoci al pronto soccorso per mia figlia di 17 mesi rimaniamo sconcertati per come vengono gestiti i piccoli pazienti con sintomi respiratori e/o febbre. Non solo senza avere prima certezza alcuna di essere positivi al covid, piccoli di poco più di un mese vengono tenuti al freddo , pioggia e vento continui, ma anche lo fossero stati, sia per accedere al triage sia per la fila successiva(che poteva essere di ore a sentire le personali fuori) bisognava attendere fuori!!! Cose dell'altro mondo...neanche nei paesi sottosviluppati si vedono certe cose!!!( Per fortuna non sono dello stesso parere incivile e folle altri ospedali di Roma). Ma soprattutto non con tutti gli edifici e i soldi presi dallo stato e dall'unione europea per il covid è accettabile umanamente vedere scene simili da parte di un polo che si reputa il migliore per curare i bimbi. Se non hanno il covid le polmoniti sono assicurate per genitori e bambini li fuori...ma con che coraggio chi ha preso una decisione simile si guarda allo specchio! È la rappresentazione più deplorevole che possa aver visto. Grazie all'Italia e a chi dice di gestire al meglio la sanità! Che schifo! Zero humanity for a pole that is considered to be excellence !! Things from the other world ... not even in underdeveloped countries you see certain things !!! (Fortunately, other hospitals in Rome are not of the same uncivilized and crazy opinion). But above all, not with all the buildings and money taken by the state and the European Union for the covid, it is humanly acceptable to see similar scenes from a pole that is considered the best for treating children. If they do not have covid pneumonia is insured for parents and children out there ... but with what courage those who have made a similar decision look in the mirror! It is the most deplorable representation I have ever seen. Thanks to Italy and to those who say they manage health in the best possible way! How disgusting!
S	Santino P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dottori e infermieri sempre professionali e attenti, ma la gestione dei pazienti in attesa di essere chiamati è assolutamente vergognosa. Nel 2021 non è possibile lasciare decine di bambini, anche neonati, per ore e ore in orari notturni e d'inverno all'esterno con qualche lampada che riscalda. Always professional and attentive doctors and nurses, but handling patients waiting to be called is absolutely disgraceful. In 2021 it is not possible to leave dozens of children, even infants, for hours and hours at night and in winter outside with some lamps that heat.

Esasperati ci siamo rivolti ad una dottoressa di passaggio la quale ha telefonato all'incaricata ( a suo dire andata via per una ricetta) scomparsa per ore. Ha dovuto prendere in mano la nostra situazione questa nuova dottoressa scusandosi per il trattamento ricevuto. Faccio presente che la dottoressa Schiopu è una psichiatra che dovrebbe avere, vista la sua specializzazione, un occhio di riguardo in più per il paziente e non trattarlo come un numero. This new doctor had to take our situation in hand and apologize for the treatment received. I would like to point out that Dr. Schiopu is a psychiatrist who, given her specialization, should have an extra eye for the patient and not treat him as a number.
