★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre 82 anni lasciato 9 ore in corsia in attesa divuna visita senza un goccio d'acqua lasciato a digiuno. Era un codice verde ok c'e ancora emergenza covid ma questo è un trattamento disumano. Vergogna!
My 82 year old father left 9 hours in the ward waiting for a visit without a drop of water left on an empty stomach. It was a green code ok there is still covid emergency but this is inhumane treatment. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con tutto il rispetto per le persone che lavorano in un contesto difficile e logorante come il pronto soccorso: non ci siamo, i familiari dei malati sono persone in sofferenza, non è giusto trattarli con sufficienza e maleducazione nel momento in cui vanno sostenuti. Nessuno è obbligato a fare l'infermiere, ciascuno faccia il lavoro per il quale ha più indole. Parlo ovviamente di una minoranza, ma non devono esserci. Complessivamente la struttura è molto valida, però i rapporti umani contano, il personale va selezionato ed impiegato al posto giusto.
With all due respect for people who work in a difficult and exhausting context such as the emergency room: we are not there, the relatives of the sick are people in suffering, it is not right to treat them with disdain and rudeness when they need to be supported. No one is obliged to be a nurse, each one does the job for which he has the most disposition. I am obviously talking about a minority, but they must not be there. Overall, the structure is very good, but human relationships count, the staff must be selected and employed in the right place.
