I take my son at 7 pm for a suspected fracture in the middle of his left foot. The room has about ten people waiting, there are 6 people before us waiting for acceptance, with two counters whose employees do not call anyone very concentrated Half an hour later they swab my son and assign him a cute blue ribbon. 8 pm, from my car I see the entrance to the emergency room. wait from 7 pm Finally, it is 10.20 pm they call my son telling him that the orthopedist is not there (!!!!!!?) and that he has to come back tomorrow morning. interlocutor, unable to manage and 15 people in 4 hours ....

Last night 4 May 2022 at about 10 pm I had to take my 90-year-old father with a fractured vertebra and bust to the emergency room for a faint and sprained and / or ankle fracture. With his bust he did not have the strength to stay in the chair but not so much this ... there were so many emergencies, and you can understand ... But what upset me was the rudeness, arrogance and aggression of the staff towards the public . Mostly bewildered by a dark-haired boy in her thirties who treated everyone like fish in the face including me. That in asking 3 simple things he apostrophized, offended me and without giving me simple information except on insistence: 1 where they took my father who they took away on a stretcher after 2 hours of waiting 2 If I could and who to call to find out about him and his condition 3 If he stayed there at night. Disconcerting and Disturbing This guy really should be turned away

I entered at 1 pm. At 1.30 pm, electrocardiogram and blood sampling. I probably had congestion at night from drinking cold liquids. At 2 am I had a severe headache with sweat and vomiting and a maximum pressure of 180. From there, no more news, no drugs administered to lower the pressure, neither a chair nor a bed. They call you to congest the patients in the corridor. No info. Only to be told by a doctor: after 8pm she is the next one. I lean on a previously occupied bed (hygiene at the top) and fall asleep for a while. I wake up at 23.30 and still nothing, the corridor was now almost empty, I ask again for information but now I was very angry, I ask for info. And I. Who ever told you that !!! Therefore your analyzes are based on this phantom pain never declared !!! Look, let's do this ... Give me all the first aid sheets, I'll go to be treated somewhere else. M **** hospital and ditto staff.

On the morning of 12/25/21 my mother, a person with disabilities (physical and aphasic) was taken by ambulance after a fall. After 9 hours no news, we were told they would call. They did not allow me to enter as required by law, despite my mother having a companion, indeed I received very rude replies. They didn't give her the Clopidogrel I had brought, they kept her for hours and hours with a full diaper and then badly inserted the catheter. In the evening I ask for information at the triage and they tell me that she must be operated on for a femoral fracture and she will spend the night there and in the following days she will look for a bed somewhere. I go home and an hour later calls the Doctor to say that she has a fractured pelvis and vertebra and to go and get it back. News given at random. 600 euros in an ambulance to bring her home because it's Christmas. They let us find her on a stretcher and we can't talk to any doctor. I understand that it is Christmas, that they are full of patients, that they are understaffed, that the Lazio Region sucks, that the "dirty path" of Covid takes precedence, but at least a little humanity, that at least on Christmas day they could have had it. My mother told me that the orthopedist who visited her was kind and so were the radiological technicians. We had to redo the plates privately because the cup didn't even respond. And Merry Christmas.
