★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita privata ortopedica il 27.12.21 pomeriggio, a pagamento. Mi reco all'appuntamento e al desk accettazione mi dicono che lo specialista non è venuto e non hanno neanche da propormi un altro medico in alternativa. Propongono di tornare in altra data..
Una giornata organizzata in funzione dell'appuntamento completamente rovinata.
Come me altri pazienti cui é stata detta la medesima cosa senza neanche avvisarci telefonicamente che ci avrebbe evitato di recarci invano.
Inadeguati e scarsamente organizzati.
 Private orthopedic visit on 27.12.21 afternoon, for a fee. I go to the appointment and at the reception desk they tell me that the specialist has not come and they do not even have to offer me another doctor as an alternative. They propose to return on another date.
A day organized in function of the appointment completely ruined.
Like me, other patients who have been told the same thing without even informing us by telephone that they would have avoided us going in vain.
Inadequate and poorly organized.

Uno staff giovane, volenteroso e disponibile.
Anche al reparto ho trovato una pulizia e gentilezza rara. Sono veramente rimasta colpita da tanta umanità in questo periodo di pandemia, dove il paziente rimane isolato dai propri cari. Se c'erano 10 stelle le avrei usate tutte . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The great professionalism of Prof. Tartarone is manifested in all his staff. I found competence, kindness. His calm and experience transmits it to the patient, explaining and listening to whoever is on the other side full of doubts and fears.
A young, willing and helpful staff.
Even in the ward I found a rare cleanliness and kindness. I was truly struck by so much humanity in this pandemic period, where the patient remains isolated from loved ones. If there were 10 stars I would have used them all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata al San Carlo per un intervento di loboisterctomia tiroidea parziale nel mese di marzo con la dottoressa Traini e la dottoressa Carnassale.
Visite e consulenze preoperatorie molto accurate e la dottoressa Traini molto scrupolosa ed attenta. La preospedalizzazione ben organizzata, l’intervento ed anestesia tutto benissimo, la degenza ottima, la cicatrice perfetta.
Tutto il personale è molto disponibile.
È stata la mia prima esperienza in questo ospedale ma da ora in poi sarà la nostra struttura di riferimento.
Tempi di attesa rapidi, ambienti puliti, tutto ben organizzato.
Felici di aver conosciuto questa struttura.

I went to San Carlo for a partial thyroid loboisterctomy surgery in March with Dr. Traini and Dr. Carnassale.
Very accurate preoperative visits and consultations and Dr. Traini very scrupulous and attentive. The well-organized pre-hospitalization, the surgery and anesthesia all very well, the excellent hospitalization, the perfect scar.
All the staff are very helpful.
It was my first experience in this hospital but from now on it will be our reference structure.
Quick waiting times, clean rooms, everything well organized.
Happy to have known this structure.
