Numerosi immobili sono rimasti invenduti perché permangono prezzi alle stelle, mentre sono evidenti segni di allagamento, di usura delle strutture, di degrado generale. E mini cantieri aperti ovunque con polvere e altri disagi
The complex, built only two years ago, is in an impressive state of neglect. Numerous properties have remained unsold because prices remain skyrocketing, while there are clear signs of flooding, wear and tear of the structures, general decay. And mini construction sites open everywhere with dust and other inconveniences

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il posto dove chiunque vorrebbe vivere a Roma… e ho avuto la fortuna di vederlo abitandoci un mio caro amico! Gli appartamenti sono di diversa grandezza (dal bilocale alla villa anche con piscina) ma tutti in classe A, con servizio portineria h.24, ma soprattutto con alcuni spazi di uso comune come la palestra o la terrazza con vista cupolone… e a soli 10 min di camminata dal Vaticano! Per la serie: what Else?
It is the place where anyone would like to live in Rome… and I was lucky enough to see it living there by a dear friend of mine! The apartments are of different sizes (from the two-room apartment to the villa also with swimming pool) but all in class A, with concierge service h.24, but above all with some common areas such as the gym or the terrace with a view of the dome ... and only 10 min. walk from the Vatican! For the series: what Else?
