★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non Capisco perché mettete le persone indisponenti al pubblico! Soprattutto se sono giovani insegnategli come si sta allo sportello Lasciatele dietro non possono stare al pubblico se hanno problemi e sono nervosi non possiamo pagare noi utenti .
la gentilezza l’educazione è perché no un bel sorriso pagano sempre!
 I don't understand why you put people annoying to the public! Especially if they are young, teach them how they are at the counter. They can not be left behind if they have problems and are nervous, we cannot pay users.

Ho richiesto lo spid per un concorso e un dipendente con gli occhiali neri mi ha detto che l'operazione era andata a buon fine e invece mi ha bloccato la pratica, richiedo una carta nuova con il mio stesso iban , è stata mandata in Puglia perché la dipendente non sapeva cambiare l'indirizzo ,e mi è stata inviata la carta con iban sbagliato, avendogli ribadito che mi serviva lo stesso iban per l'accredito dello stipendo.

I requested the spid for a competition and an employee with black glasses told me that the operation was successful and instead I blocked the practice, I request a new card with my own iban, it was sent to Puglia because the employee was unable to change the address, and the card was sent to me with the wrong iban, confirming that I needed the same iban for crediting the stipire.

Appuntamento ore 13:00 arrivo alle ore 12:58z Mancanza di indicazioni sul metodo di attesa, assistenza inesistente, non ho ricevuto risposta a nessuna delle quattro telefonate (prima ore 13:01), al citofono posto alla porta di ingresso nessuno si preoccupa di rispondere e dare le giuste indicazioni.
Vano anche il tentativo di informare un operatore, grazie alla gentile disponibilità di un utente, della mia presenza e del tentativo di entrare in ufficio e accedere al servizio.
Letteralmente senza parole, servizio a dir poco deludente.
Bad experience. Appointment at 13:00 arrival at 12: 58z Lack of information on the waiting method, non-existent assistance, I have not received an answer to any of the four phone calls (first at 13:01), on the intercom placed at the entrance door no one cares about respond and give the right directions.
The attempt to inform an operator, thanks to the kind availability of a user, of my presence and the attempt to enter the office and access the service is also in vain.
Literally speechless, service to say the least disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anziché svolgere le operazioni per cui sono pagati chiacchierano tra di loro. Code chilometriche, sette sportelli occupati da scaldasedie, non rispondono nemmeno al citofono se qualcuno ha priorità o anziani e disabili. Da chiudere, più che da evitare!
