What about the cuts and kindness the products they use are exceptional, like the shampoos are organic, and the prices are reasonable / fair.

Però i camerieri sanno di questo limite e cercano di sopperire con la loro gentilezza. Cercherò di tornare ancora. Le pietanze arrivano lentamente ma sono molto gradevoli. Semplici ma saporite.
I may have been unlucky, but the waiting time compared to the service is much too long. You can do better and I'll try again.
