★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto attenti alla pulizia e all'igiene...disinfettano tutto ciò che è stato a contatto con la cliente...devo dire che fa piacere vedere che hanno queste premure! Ci tornerò sicuramente anche perché finora sono stati gli unici a soddisfare sia il colore,sia il taglio e sia la piega...e il mio capello è abbastanza ribelle, eppure loro riescono a domarlo!!!
Very attentive to cleaning and hygiene ... they disinfect everything that has been in contact with the customer ... I must say that it is nice to see that they have these concerns! I will definitely go back also because so far they have been the only ones to satisfy both the color, the cut and the fold ... and my hair is quite rebellious, yet they manage to tame it !!!

Small shop run with kindness and professionalism. She has great folds, he has good advice for color. Parking in the area is a bit difficult, but still well served by public transport. Excellent prices.

Volevo taglio e balayage. Mi sono trovata un colore steso tecnicamente male, tutto meno che sfumato (sembravo avere la ricrescita e dei capelli stinti sotto, di un colore totalmente diverso rispetto al richiesto), il taglio storto e con ciocche più corte, la piega da dimenticare. Sembrava me li avesse fatti mia madre.
A fine lavoro ho fatto presente il mio disappunto, in special modo riguardo al colore.
Ho speso 50 euro - nei giorni seguenti ho chiesto il rimborso per il colore e l'ho ottenuto solo dopo essere tornata due volte ed essermi adirata.
Ciliegina sulla torta, mentre ero dentro io é entrata una signora con una tosse davvero pronunciata, e nessuno ha battuto ciglio. Passavano da me a lei senza cambiare guanti o disinfettare le mani.
Vergognoso.
Ho dovuto ricorrere a un altro salone, dove sì, mi hanno fatto balayage, taglio e piega.
Never again.
I wanted to cut and balayage. I found a bad technically same color, all but faded (I seemed to have faded hair regrowth and below, of a totally different color than the requested), and the wrong cut with shorter strands, the bend to forget. It seemed I had made my mother there.
At the end of the work I pointed out my disappointment, especially regarding the color.
I spent 50 Euros - in the following days I requested a refund for the color I only got after returning twice myself and became angry.
Icing on the cake, while I was inside I entered a lady with a really pronounced cough, and no one batted an eyelid. They went from me to her without changing gloves or disinfecting hands.
Shameful.
I had to resort to another room, where yes, I have made sweeping, cutting and folding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È moltissimo tempo che frequento questo parrucchiere e mi sono sempre trovato bene.
Lo staff è molto gentile e qualificato.
Mi sono accorto che , da quando hanno riaperto i negozi, Keep calm and capelli è uno tra i pochi a rispettare le regole per quanto riguarda la sanificazione del locale e la pulizia in generale!
Se dovessi dare un voto, darei un bel 10 ed è per questo motivo che lo consiglio a tutti!!!
I have been attending this hairdresser for a long time and have always felt good.
The staff is very kind and qualified.
I realized that, since the stores have reopened, Keep calm and hair is one of the few to respect the rules regarding the sanitation of the room and cleaning in general!
If I had to vote, I would give a nice 10 and that's why I recommend it to everyone !!!
