★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza non andata a buon fine. Iniziata con chiamata a domicilio il 15 dicembre 2021. Il tecnico si è fatto pagare il costo di 40 euro per la chiamata, senza ricevuta, avrebbe dovuto tornare entro due tre giorni e non si è più visto. Richiamato per sollecitare la sede che ha detto mi avrebbe informato, ma senza esito. Sono stata richiamata dal tecnico stesso dopo l'ennesima sollecitazione il 4 febbraio, non ricordava nulla e mi disse che avrebbe controllato sulla sua agenda e mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Dopo ennesima sollecitazione oggi 10 marzo , dietro sollecitazione della ditta, vengo richiamata dal tecnico, che senza chiedere scusa successivamente alla mia lamentela sul suo comportamento ha trovato più utile la soluzione di rendere il denaro e mandarmi aff....lo! Una stella solo per formalizzare la recensione.
Bad experience not successful. Started with a home call on 15 December 2021. The technician was charged the cost of 40 euros for the call, without a receipt, he should have returned within two or three days and was never seen again. Called back to solicit the office who said he would notify me, but to no avail. I was called back by the technician himself after yet another solicitation on February 4th, he did not remember anything and told me that he would check his agenda and let me know. After yet another solicitation today 10 March, at the request of the company, I am called back by the technician, who without apologizing after my complaint about his behavior has found the solution of returning the money and sending me aff ... lo! One star just to formalize the review.
