★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale efficiente e gentile, ed una risposta telefonica cordiale ed educata. Ho avuto un problema con gli ammortizzatori. Li ho chiamati e la cosa che ho gradito è che non hanno fissato subito l'appuntamento, mi hanno detto di provare a sistemare i piedini, verificare la pendenza e quando ho appurato che non era quello il problema, il tecnico ha ascoltato il problema, è venuto ed ha cambiato gli ammortizzatori ed anche messo un giunto per chiudere bene lo scarico, lo ha fatto di sua iniziativa, grazie, queste 5 stelle ve le meritate tutte!! Ah, prezzi onesti. Li consiglio, spero non ne abbiate bisogno, ovvio, ma all'occorrenza.......
E ricordate che non sono idraulici.
I had a great time. Efficient and polite staff, and a polite and friendly telephone answer. I had a problem with the shock absorbers. I called them and the thing I liked is that they didn't make an appointment right away, they told me to try to fix the feet, check the slope and when I found out that that wasn't the problem, the technician listened to the problem, he came and changed the shock absorbers and also put a joint to close the exhaust well, he did it on his own initiative, thanks, you deserve these 5 stars! Ah, fair prices. I recommend them, I hope you don't need them, of course, but if necessary .......
And remember they are not plumbers.
