assistance lousy .. bought fridge and freezer three months ago they continually try to fix it and I'm always without it in this heat !!! I can't get it replaced !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono riusciti a riparare la lavatrice e mi hanno fatto un preventivo di 200 €. sconsigliandomi di ripararla. Ho cercato su internet l'elettrovalvola e l'ho comperata a 19 €. Mia moglie senza alcuna preparazione tecnica l'ha sostituita e funziona. Grazie veramente bravi....
They failed to repair the washing machine and gave me a quote of € 200. advising me not to repair it. I searched the internet for the solenoid valve and bought it for € 19. My wife without any technical training replaced it and it works. Thanks really good ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per un problema urgente in un giorno feriale: "premere 1, premere 2, premere 1", ascolto di informative, consensi e... poi... dopo cinque minuti in attesa ho riagganciato. Non si può nel 2022 ancora perdere clienti perché si fanno rimanere al telefono senza nessuna previsione su un tempo di risposta. Ci fosse stata un'indicazione sul numero di clienti in coda al telefono, un numero di minuti entro cui avrebbero risposto... nulla. Ma come si fa... Bah.
Called for an urgent problem on a weekday: "press 1, press 2, press 1", listening to information, consents and ... then ... after waiting five minutes I hung up. In 2022, it is not possible to lose customers again because they remain on the phone without any forecast on a response time.
