Se mi serve qualche pezzo da sostituire so che li lo trovo o che lo ordinano ed arriva in tempi brevi. Disponibili su consigli per riparazioni e informazioni sui problemi. Every time I have looked for a spare part they have provided it to me, sometimes only by recognizing it without even asking for the electrodomenstic to which it belonged. If I need some parts to replace, I know that I can find them or order them and they will arrive quickly. Available on repair tips and information on problems.

La seconda volta, siccome avevo fotografato la targhetta del frigorifero dove c'è scritto il modello, per il titolare era sbagliato e non poteva fare la ricerca del ricambio da me cercato, liquidandomi in modo scostante. Non c'erano altri clienti nel negozio. Quando gli ho detto che avrei trovato l'informazione (per altro ho controllato e sarebbe stata la stessa...) sul telefono mi ha detto che non sarebbe andata bene e che dovevo andare via. Pessimo! The second time, since I had photographed the plate of the refrigerator where the model is written, for the owner it was wrong and he could not do the search for the spare part I searched for, liquidating me in an unhelpful way. There were no other customers in the shop. When I told him that I would find the information (on the other hand I checked and it would be the same ...) on the phone he said that it would not go well and that I had to go away. Very bad!
