Gentili e cordiali in primis, PREPARATI, PROFESSIONALI, CORRETTI. Manolo un grande professionista, Gloria definirla con una sola parola sarebbe riduttivo, Giovanni, la calma fatta persona, senza loro per me sarebbe stata davvero dura. Non smetterò mai di ringraziarli per quello che hanno fatto e per quello che ancora oggi fanno per me... G R A Z I E!!! Dopo una prima visita, in cui si è determinato quale fosse il problema, è stato stabilito il trattamento da eseguire ed ora è tutto risolto. Manolo, Gloria e Giovanni sono stati grandiosi. Estremamente professionali, cordiali e disponibili a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda gli veniva posta. Con loro dimenticatevi i classici medici che prescrivono la terapia ma non spiegano al paziente quale sia il problema e cosa si debba fare per risolverlo. Per loro tutto deve essere chiaro ed anche questa è una caratteristica importante che li distingue dagli altri. Posso sicuramente dire di aver trovato i miei fisioterapisti di fiducia. For them everything must be clear and this too is an important feature that distinguishes them from others. I can certainly say that I have found my trusted physiotherapists.

Fin da quando entri ti senti coccolato e accolto in un centro organizzato davvero con cura, anche nei dettagli. Una volta davanti al dottore capisci che, anche se giovane, è dotato di una esperienza al pari (se non superiore) di colleghi con 30 anni di lavoro alle spalle. Dire che lo consiglio è dir poco, fa miracoli!!! Competent staff, doctor with golden hands, top professionalism. Si parte con una visita dettagliata nella quale viene definito lo stato del paziente. Si stabilisce un piano in linea con quanto raccomandato dal proprio medico e da lì si parte. Lo staff è cortese, preparato e sempre pronto ad ascoltare. Mi stanno accompagnando in un percorso lungo di riabilitazione e ogni giorno vediamo progressi. Personalmente mi aspettavo che un trattamento osteopatico potessi farlo sempre dalla stessa persona (su 4 sedute solo 2 volte sono stato trattato dalla stessa persona, con la quale avevamo fatto un approfondito consulto iniziale con la rassicurazione che avremmo provato insieme un percorso anche senza un risultato garantito da me accettato , mentre le altre volte con altre due terapiste diverse.... una delle quali non aveva proprio idea di dove mettere le mani, tenendomi, su 1 ora di trattamento, ben 30 minuti sotto una lampada infrarossi a "riscaldarmi", 20 minuti in attese varie e solo, e dico solo, 10 minuti a tentare di sciogliere qualche muscolo) e soprattutto potesse essere un trattamento 1 a 1. Ho purtroppo constatato che mentre si faceva il trattamento a me, mi si lasciava li per minuti per andare a trattare altri clienti. Per non parlare del trattamento descritto prima.... dove la povera ragazza, oltre me, doveva gestire altri 4 pazienti nello stesso tempo da "sola"... ed ecco perchè tutto quel tempo ad attendere e a riscaldarmi (65 euro per attendere e scaldarmi)!! Non metto una stella perchè la struttura è curata e i ragazzi comunque simpatici e perchè mi auguro che facciano tesoro anche delle critiche. Disappointing! Personally I expected that an osteopathic treatment could always be done by the same person (out of 4 sessions only 2 times I was treated by the same person, with whom we had made a thorough initial consultation with the reassurance that we would try a path together even without a guaranteed result. accepted by me, while the other times with two other different therapists .... one of whom had no idea where to put her hands, keeping me, for 1 hour of treatment, a good 30 minutes under an infrared lamp to "warm up", 20 minutes in various waits and only, and I say only, 10 minutes to try to loosen some muscles) and above all it could be a 1 to 1 treatment. go and treat other customers. Not to mention the treatment described above .... where the poor girl, besides me, had to manage 4 other patients at the same time "alone" ... and that's why all that time waiting and warming me up (65 euros to wait and warm up) !! I do not put a star because the structure is well cared for and the guys are still nice and because I hope they will also treasure the criticisms.
