A	Arianna Pizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale assunto con i punti del latte. Dopo aver fatto la fila mi mandano via in quanto dovevo fare la poste pay nuova e non andava a nessuno. Posta più disagiata di questa non saprei dove trovarla. Staff hired with milk points. After queuing up they send me away because I had to do the new poste pay and it didn't go to anyone. Post more disadvantaged than this I would not know where to find it.

Il sistema dichiarava che non era possibile effettuare la prenotazione non che i posti fossero esauriti. Tutti in ferie in barba ai clienti che sono in difficoltà. D’altronde ognuno pensa al proprio orticello. Se uno deve fare in emergenza un operazione deveaspettare settembre. Molto negativo inoltre non funziona mai il postamat fuori tutti i giorni sempre fuori servizio perché non viene mai sistemato dagli operatori così la gente si accalca in fila per fare anche un semplice prelievo. Ma lo scopo del numeratore non è quello di evitare inutili code fisiche? Mi piacerebbe sapere l'opinione del responsabile. it is not clear why the office, although equipped with a numerator, insists on organizing an external row without using the numerator, thus creating situations of external crowding. Alla fine per un rituro, ho preso un biglietto per altri servizi altrimenti sarei ancora in attesa. The only post where every couple of customers served are absent. I waited half an hour with a reservation ticket. Eventually for a delay, I got a ticket for other services otherwise I would still be waiting.

Intanto ho monitorato la coda in un altro ufficio postale, mentre qua hanno servito 5 numeri di la ne hanno serviti 38! Bel modo di lavorare... Terrible, hours of meaningless queue, very slow. Appena fatto un esposto a poste italiane per la maleducazione con cui sono stato trattato. Ma tanto come ha detto la "signora" a loro gli esposti rimbalzano ora vedremo. n	nives bellissimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco disponibile incapace per mancanza di volontà di concludere una pratica per un nuovo contratto telefonico, senza comprensione nei confronti di una persona anziana invalida che è stata in piedi dalle ore 12.30c(con appuntamento) alle 13.20 discutendo con l’impiegata che non aveva voglia di fare, molto indisponente ed arrogante. Dopo discussioni ha lasciato la cliente invalida e la figlia allo sportello ed alzandosi ha gridato che sarebbe andata via finché non si calmava, è tornata dopo un po’ usando un tono più calmo, ma ha concluso dicendo che non era possibile concludere la pratica ma che ci avrebbero telefonato domani 13.4.2022, come hanno fatto. Saremmo dovuti andare di nuovo nell’ufficio postale per firmare il contratto, ma abbiamo rinunciato, ormai era tardi è troppo complicato per noi, abbiamo optato per altro gestore.
