Gente competente, simpatica e disponibile che mi ha aiutato a scegliere e mi ha seguito in ogni fase e sotto ogni punto di vista. Un grazie a Massimiliano che per i consigli e i preziosi suggerimenti e a Claudio e Andrea per la due giorni di lavoro instancabile e veramente ben fatto. Alla prossima occasione saprò dove tornare. Consigliatissimo. I honestly don't remember how 7 years ago I found myself in the store in via Latina to buy the doors and a small window for my apartment under renovation, but I know that a few months ago, despite having looked around, I didn't hesitate for a moment to come back to change all the fixtures in the house. Competent, friendly and helpful people who helped me choose and followed me at every stage and from every point of view. Thanks to Massimiliano for the advice and valuable suggestions and to Claudio and Andrea for the two days of tireless work and really well done. At the next opportunity I will know where to return. Highly recommended.

I went to the Idea Casa center twice: one for the complete replacement of the windows and another for the replacement of the glass only. In both cases it was an experience of professionalism and courtesy that allowed me to always find the best solutions. After sales assistance is absolutely significant and this is in my opinion an absolutely relevant aspect in the relationship with the customer. I feel I can recommend this company without hesitation.

Questa ditta è altamente inaffidabile per non parlare di cose peggiori quindi ci chiediamo come una ditta seria possa solo avere relazioni con la Pultrone srl. Questo lo dico perchè è la pultrone che si vanta di avere rapporti con voi. Se ció non è vero sarebbe opportuno farcelo sapere e denunciare eventuali abusi e millantati contatti. The sole star is not for the idea of the house itself but for the relationship it holds with Pultrone arredamenti. This firm is highly unreliable not to mention worse things so we wonder how a serious firm can only have relationships with Pultrone srl. I say this because it is the pultrone who boasts of having relations with you. If this is not true, it would be advisable to let us know and report any abuses and boasted contacts.
