Sono stati bravissimi in ogni passaggio a partire dal venditore che ha saputo capire subito le nostre richieste e proporre il miglior prodotto, al il tecnico che è venuto a prendere i rilievi di una meticolosa precisione ed infine le due squadre di montatori, serramenti e porte, si sono dimostrati professionali puliti e precisi nel montaggio. Lady Porta è un'azienda che non è capace solo a vendere ma anche di scegliere e formare il personale. Tutto ciò porta ad un'ottimo risultato finale. I highly recommend to everyone! Sul servizio un disastro, tutto il personale con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è molto latitante e assente...una rapida sintesi: VENDITORE: molto veloce nel fare il preventivo lentissimo nel far venire un tecnico a prendere le misure e di conseguenza avere il costo effettivo. PAGAMENTO: sono dovuto recarmi in negozio 4 volte per avere la fattura e poter saldare la merce. CONSEGNA MERCE: abbiamo ordinato 18 finestre complete di celetti e persiane, non rispettata la data di consegna e sono venuti in 2 tempi diversi conseguente mio costo maggiore per far venire i pittori 2 volte ISTALLAZIONE: la prima volta è venuta 2 squadre, che molto velocemente e con grande attenzione hanno fatto un buon lavoro, da stargli molto appresso perchè presi dalla velocità dimenticavamo siliconature e rifiniture. La seconda volta sono venute 2 persone che hanno messo tantissimo tempo e sporcato moltissimimo le pareti, un disatro ATTENZIONE AL CLIENTE: nessuna, una volta che hanno concluso la vendita, è inutile chiamare, mandare email o altro, non rispondono o si negano. POST VENDITA: sono ancora in attesa dei documenti che mi devono fornire per poter detrarre fiscalmente la spesa, naturalmenete scritto più volte nessuna risposta Conclusione, molto approssimativi e disorganizzati, meglio rivolgersi ad altri I bought Finestral windows from them, today I can say that it is a good product. Per quanto riguarda l'installazione, la sede di via Tuscolana possiede squadre di tecnici altamente professionali che riescono a risolvere eventuali problemi connessi all'installazione. Sicuramente ritorneremo anche per l'acquisto delle porte.
