★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio piccolo ma fornito. Ho comprato una TV e la ragazza Cristina che mi ha servito si è mostrata attenta alle mie esigenze e professionale. Consiglio questo punto vendita! Se non fosse stato per un ritardo nella consegna avrei dato il massimo dei voti.
 Small but well-stocked shop. I bought a TV and the girl Cristina who served me was attentive to my needs and professional. I recommend this point of sale! If it hadn't been for a delay in delivery I would have given top marks.

In risposta alla mia rimostranza, il negozio truffaldinamente ha detto di aver contattato l'assistenza per farmela sostituire, facendo decorrere il tempo utile per la pratica di sostituzione che era di sua competenza. SCORRETTI E FALSI, SI NASCONDONO DIETRO UN'APPARENTE CORTESIA SENZA VERGOGNA. MISERABILI

In response to my complaint, the shop fraudulently said that it had contacted the assistance to have it replaced, running the time for the replacement procedure that was within its competence. INCORRECT AND FALSE, THEY HIDE BEHIND AN APPARENT COURTESY WITHOUT SHAME. MISERABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ieri pomeriggio per acquistare una TV. La signora è altamente non educata risponde male, quando riesce a rispondere, infatti in quel negozio c'era gente ma sono usciti tutti senza fare acquisti. Non ci tornerò più e lo sconsiglio
I went yesterday afternoon to buy a TV. The lady is highly uneducated, she responds badly, when she manages to answer, in fact there were people in that shop but they all went out without making purchases. I will not go back there and I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente....ho acquistato un piccolo elettrodomestico specificando alla commessa che doveva avere determinate caratteristiche. Mi è stato detto che se non andava bene lo potevo riportare ma quando l'ho fatto perché non soddisfaceva le mie richieste mi è stato detto che non potevo cambiarlo perché lo avevo provato ??? pensavo mi prendessero in giro....invece no! Mi chiedo ma se non lo provo come faccio a capire se va bene???? Oltretutto non volevo riavere i soldi anzi volevo acquistarne un altro che costava il doppio!!!!! Non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere per non parlare poi della incompetenza e maleducazione della commessa.....assurdo veramente...Spero che chi di dovere prenda i dovuti provvedimenti!!!!
To be avoided absolutely .... I bought a small appliance specifying to the order that it had to have certain characteristics. I was told that if it didn't go well I could bring it back but when I did it because it didn't meet my requests I was told I couldn't change it because I had tried it ??? I thought they were making fun of me .... but no ! I wonder but if I don't try it how can I tell if it's okay ???? Besides, I didn't want to get the money back in fact I wanted to buy another one that cost twice as much !!!!! Such a thing has never happened to me, not to mention the incompetence and rudeness of the saleswoman ..... really absurd ... I hope that those in charge will take the necessary measures !!
