La strada era già in discesa, ma l’attività yogica si è rivelata un’ottima integrazione per riuscire a stare da ‘meglio’ a ‘bene’!
Grazie alla flessibilità dei miei turni lavorativi, ho l’occasione di seguire diversi insegnanti, ognuno con un proprio approccio personale ma tutti complementari tra di loro: quindi grazie ad Arathi e a Renato, ma anche ad Aurora e Bhanavi per quelle volte che ci si è incontrati e per tutte le altre volte che il futuro ci riserverà ♥️
I started attending classes three years ago, with no previous experience, as an extra help in overcoming some stress-related problems.
The road was already downhill, but yogic activity proved to be an excellent supplement to be able to be from 'better' to 'good'!
Thanks to the flexibility of my shifts, I have the opportunity to follow different teachers, each with their own personal approach but all complementary to each other: therefore thanks to Arathi and Renato, but also to Aurora and Bhanavi for those times that we have met and for all the other times that the future holds for us ♥ ️

Persone meravigliose, ricche di esperienze dalle quali non puoi far altro che apprendere. Come tanti il mio approccio allo yoga è stato un approccio fisico, sempre con grande rispetto, ma pur sempre fisico, conoscendo Amrita e le persone meravigliose come Aurora Jamuna De Simoni, ho iniziato a vedere tanto altro, il famoso nettare di cui parlavo prima, nutrimento dell’anima. ?? e per questo sono profondamente grata ad Amrita!

Amrita is a place that feels like home, a family that welcomes you to accompany you on your path of growth, a real precious nectar for your growth in yoga and in life. Wonderful people, full of experiences from which you can not help but learn. Like many, my approach to yoga was a physical one, always with great respect, but still physical, knowing Amrita and wonderful people like Aurora Jamuna De Simoni, I began to see so much more, the famous nectar I was talking about before, nourishment of the soul. ?? and for that I am deeply grateful to Amrita!

L' approccio é molto attento, serio, rivolto alla salute posturale e alla tradizione delle sacre scritture. Davvero un ottimo corso per chi vuole approfondire o diventare insegnante. Lo consiglio! Gli insegnanti sono bravissimi.
I attended the Amrita Yoga Classic Teacher Training and it was a great training experience. The approach is very careful, serious, aimed at postural health and the tradition of the sacred scriptures. Really a great course for those who want to deepen or become a teacher. I advise! The teachers are very good.
