★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una porta Fidani dal 1994. Nessun tentativo d'intrusione. Ho dovuto solo dovuto sostituire la serratura quest'anno. Mia madre ha installato una nuova porta Fidani 4 anni fa. Da allora nessun tentativo d'intrusione dopo averne subiti 4 (di cui 2 purtroppo a segno) in 15 anni. Il prodotto funziona e il personale è qualificato, anche se i costi sono indubbiamente elevati. Manca a mio parere una maggiore cura estetica, nella porta di mia madre nel montante vi erano alcuni segni evitabili sul metallo verniciato. Il pannello in ottone che copre sulla mia serratura è rimasto sporco di lavorazione e il defender poteva essere centrato meglio. Le verniciature dovrebbero essere durevoli e antigraffio (grinz). Se spendi di più vuoi anche questo. Consiglio a Fidani una raccolta sistematica di feedback dai clienti per capire dove migliorare.
 I have had a Fidani door since 1994. No attempted intrusion. I just had to replace the lock this year. My mother installed a new Fidani door 4 years ago. Since then, no attempt has been made to intrude after suffering 4 (of which 2 unfortunately on sign) in 15 years. The product works and the staff is qualified, even if the costs are undoubtedly high. In my opinion there is no greater aesthetic care, in my mother's door in the upright there were some avoidable signs on the painted metal. The brass panel that covers my lock remained dirty from workmanship and the defender could have been better centered. The paintwork should be durable and scratch-resistant (grinz). If you spend more, you want this too. I recommend to Fidani a systematic collection of feedback from customers to understand where to improve.

Edit: non serve entrare nel merito, faccia chiamare un suo amico qualsiasi il vostro numero e chieda un contatto col tecnico. Vedrà che non sarà mai ricontattato. Inoltre montate allarmi ma l'assistenza 24h/24h l'avete solo sulle serrature come se un allarme che suona di continuo non possa essere un disagio per un cliente.
Per non parlare del costo della manutenzione dell'allarme... Vabbè...
High prices and after sales don't count anymore. Incapable.
Edit: no need to go into the matter, call any friend of yours on your number and ask for a contact with the technician. He will see that he will never be contacted. You also mount alarms but 24h / 24h assistance is only available on the locks as if an alarm that rings continuously cannot be a discomfort for a customer.
Not to mention the cost of alarm maintenance ... Oh well ...

Abbiamo installato una porta blindata d'ingresso ad un anta con cornici, pannello tanganika e cilindro a doppia mappa con defender di sicurezza. Ottima.
My experience definitely positive. The products are of an impeccable manufacture, the doors are sturdy and elegant at prices in line with the market. We installed a single-leaf armored entrance door with frames, tanganika panel and double-bitted cylinder with security defender. Great.
