β β β β β Noi abbiamo installato un loro impianto a dicembre 2021 e personalmete ci sembra una azienda poco seria, mancanza di professionalitΓ ' in quanto, forse per troppi guasti in tutti i loro impianti o per loro carenza di personale, nel nostro caso il tecnico arriva dopo circa una settimana e siamo lasciati alla merce' dei ladri. Ad oggi, l'impianto non si attiva, non funziona e non possiamo fare nulla, tranne che chiedere disdetta. E' come parlare con una istituzione, rispondono solo che ti deve andare bene cosi'.
 We installed one of their systems in December 2021 and personally it seems to us a not very serious company, lack of professionalism because, perhaps due to too many failures in all their systems or due to lack of staff, in our case the technician arrives after about one week and we are left to the thieves' merchandise. To date, the system does not activate, does not work and we can not do anything, except ask for cancellation. It's like talking to an institution, they just say it must be fine with you.

β β β β β Ho avuto modo di entrare in contatto con questa azienda in merito a una posizione lavorativa ad ottobre 2021. La location Γ¨ molto bella ed esclusiva. Durante il colloquio conoscitivo si sono avute senz'altro delle incertezze ma anche dei punti in comune con quello che doveva essere l'approccio con il cliente. Quello per cui dissento Γ¨ che il personale intervenuto si era ripromesso di farmi conoscere l'esito entro 10 giorni lavorativi qualunque esso fosse.
Non ho avuto nessuna risposta e decido di inviare un e mail chiedendo un gentile riscontro dopo una ventina di giorni senza alcuna risposta . Nello stesso tempo da allora ricevo e mail pubblicitarie di verisure. Allora mi chiedo la gentilezza di inviare una risposta con un email comulativa no e invece l'inserimento del mio indirizzo per pubblicitΓ si? Non Γ¨ necessario aggiungere altro penso.
I got in touch with this company regarding a job position in October 2021. The location is very beautiful and exclusive. During the cognitive interview there were certainly some uncertainties but also some points in common with what the approach with the customer should have been. What I disagree is that the intervening staff had promised to let me know the outcome within 10 working days whatever it was.
I have not received any reply and I decide to send an e-mail asking for a kind reply after about twenty days without any reply. At the same time since then I have been receiving e-mails of verisure. So I ask myself the kindness to send a reply with a cumulative email no and instead the inclusion of my address for advertising yes? It is not necessary to add more I think.

β β β β β Ho chiamato Verisure per un impianto di allarme certificato grado 2 secondo le normative CEI richiesto da un assicurazione per un negozio, mi hanno risposto che non fanno questi tipi di impianti mentre sul sito internet se ci fate caso lo dichiarano come impianto di allarme installato con il grado 2 di vago riferimento e non certo della normativa degli allarmi........direi che non siete corretti.
Mi Γ¨ stato detto da gente del campo che qui in Italia se la normativa CEI non viene rispettata non Γ¨ consentito nemmeno vendere un impianto di allarme ma loro forse trovano l'escamotage per vendere un prodotto di misero valore con questi contratti di vigilanza.....pessimi direi.
I called Verisure for a grade 2 certified alarm system according to the CEI regulations required by an insurance company for a shop, they replied that they do not make these types of systems while on the website if you notice they declare it as an alarm system installed with the degree 2 of vague reference and certainly not of the alarm regulations ........ I would say that you are not correct.
I was told by people in the camp that here in Italy if the CEI regulations are not respected, it is not even allowed to sell an alarm system but they may find the trick to sell a product of poor value with these surveillance contracts ... .. bad I would say.

β β β β β Se ci fossero -10 stelle sarebbero anche troppe, ne metto una perchΓ© Γ¨ il minimo. Di per sΓ© l'impianto non sarebbe nemmeno tanto male, ma il servizio clienti fa acqua da tutte le parti. Dopo 5 anni disdico l'abbonamento secondo modalitΓ richiesta , telefonicamente e con pec, per cambio abitazione. Continuano a mandarmi solleciti di pagamento e continuano a prelevare indebitamente la rata dal conto corrente. Milioni di chiamate mail e pec, per segnalare il problema e per richiedere il rimborso , ma non si riesce mai a parlare con un responsabile per risolvere la questione. Un continuo rimandare ad una fatidica telefonata che non arriva mai, ti dicono che hanno provato a contattarti ma tu non hai chiamate.
Non comunicano tra i vari uffici. A tutt'oggi sono ancora in attesa di rimborso e che vengano a ritirare l'impianto dismesso dalla vecchia abitazione da Luglio 2021.Le telefonate sono davvero unicamente delle prese in giro.
Veramente poco seri e totalmente non professionali. Mai piΓΉ, lo sconsiglio vivamente.
If there were -10 stars it would be too many, I put one because it is the minimum. The plant itself wouldn't be too bad, but customer service leaks everywhere. After 5 years I cancel the subscription according to the requested procedure, by telephone and with certified e-mail, to change my home. They continue to send me payment reminders and continue to unduly withdraw the installment from the current account. Millions of mail and pec calls to report the problem and to request a refund, but you can never speak to a manager to resolve the matter. A constant postponement to a fateful phone call that never comes, they tell you that they tried to contact you but you have no calls.
They do not communicate between the various offices. To this day, they are still waiting for a refund and for them to come and collect the disused plant from the old house from July 2021.The phone calls are really just teasing.
Really not serious and totally unprofessional. Never again, I strongly advise against it.
