They sell defective material and to change it they ask for a surcharge, absolutely to be avoided after this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per nulla preparati su nulla e prezzi da "gioielliere". Giusto per la pigrizia di non fare due passi in più ed arrivare alla ferramenta sirtori, io vi consiglio di farli! A meno che non sapete esattamente quello che vi serve cmq controllate sempre che sia quello giusto!!! Spesso anche supponenti e sbrigativi, senza tanta cura al cliente.
Not at all prepared on anything and "jeweler" prices. Just for the laziness of not taking two extra steps and getting to the sirtori hardware store, I advise you to do them! Unless you know exactly what you need cmq always check that it is the right one !!! Often even opinionated and hasty, without much attention to the customer.

Non so perchè ci sono recensioni negative, per chi le legge vi consiglio di fare attenzione e capire bene se sono fake o concorrenti.
Sono andato in questa ferramenta dopo averne girate tante e finalmente grazie a Massimo sono riuscito a risolvere un serio problema su una chiave auto.
Staff molto cordiale e c'è una quantità infinita di prodotti in vendita. Con molta rapidità mi hanno aiutato e risolto il problema.
Super consigliato! Ormai il mio preferito!
