Persona preposta al pubblico, incompetente dopo averle messo i dati della persona davanti ha pure sbagliato il cognome! Inoltre dovevo regalare un telefonino senza scatola originale quindi un regalo in piena evidenza, mi ha fatto dichiarare il valore senza dirmi niente altro e quindi in tutta tranquillità ho inserito il valore effettivo pagato su internet e anche gli accessori presi dal cinese ha fatto dichiarare con tutti i loro prezzi. Servizio DHL 49 EURO PACCO FERMO ALLA DOGANA DA PAGARCI SOPRA 140 EURO DI TASSE!!!!!!! ALLA FINE LA PERSONA DESTINATARIA è dovuto andare alla frontiera quindi stra fuori mano, pagare quella somma che se la mettiamo alla spedizione sono 200 euro sopra il prezzo pagato!!!! E col sarcasmo, della persona che mi aveva servito in questo centro mi ha detto '' IO HO DETTO CHE PIÙ DICHIARI PIÙ PAGHI'' È IO HO AGGIUNTO ANCHE DHL ha detto di nn mettere mai le somme per intero una cosa basilare che deve sapere chi spedisce altrimenti nessuno si servirà mai più di questa cosa!!!! Inoltre è stato anche inserito che nn era un privato a ricevere ma una compagnia!!!!!!. Mai più servizi di questa agenzia MAI PIÙ, SE ANDAVO IJ UN PUNTO DHL SICURAMENTE MI AVREBBERO CONSIGLIATO BENE!!!!!!! CIAONE UFFICIO POSTALE SAN PAOLO! Non mi serviró più di questa agenzia, nonostante mi sia pratica per motivi di lavoro. Ne ho individuata una non distante da lí ma anche 10 minuti in più per arrivarci,sono ben spesi. Imparate prima di tutto l'educazione visto che vivete di clienti privati o partnership affini. Saluti! Ultra poor service, arrogant staff and not very courteous in dealing with people. I will no longer use this agency, although I am practical for work reasons. I spotted one not far from there but even 10 more minutes to get there are well spent.
