Non esiste un tracking, sono bloccata a casa da una settimana, e al call center ti dicono: tra domani e dopodomani....è l'unico corriere con il quale non si conosce il giorno della consegna. Ho dato un indirizzo alternativo, il mio ufficio, dove c'è sempre qualcuno per l'accettazione! e ora vediamo quando consegneranno!!! Intanto avviso TicketOne, perché appoggiarsi ad un corriere del genere, significa perdere Clienti!! Ho dovuto mettere una stella, altrimenti non veniva pubblicata la recensione, ma neanche quella meritano.
Bad service !!!! I have given an alternate address, my office, where there is always someone to accept! and now let's see when they will deliver !!! In the meantime, I warn TicketOne, because relying on such a courier means losing customers !! I had to put a star, otherwise the review was not published, but they don't deserve that either.
