In particolare, in occasione dell’ultima volta di un paio di giorni fa, oltre alla consueta gentilezza e professionalita’, la signora Chiara mi ha risolto una situazione delicata e complicata con determinazione e resilienza. 5 stelle non sono sufficienti per dimostrare il mio apprezzamento.
I needed twice this year to use the services of the DHL EXPRESS office in Rome Marconi and both times I was impeccably assisted by Ms. Chiara. In particular, on the occasion of the last time a couple of days ago, in addition to the usual kindness and professionalism, Ms. Chiara resolved a delicate and complicated situation for me with determination and resilience. 5 stars are not enough to show my appreciation.
