Raramente capita di fare attività sportiva confrontandosi con persone così speciali. Il team è composto da istruttori seri, molto competenti, disponibili e appassionati che amano talmente questa disciplina da coinvolgere e formare anche le persone più inesperte, principianti e non proprio junior... Non ultimo consiglio questa scuola anche per la grande empatia e spirito di gruppo che dimostrano gli istruttori con gli allievi sia nelle lezioni in piscina ma anche nelle uscite in esterno. A beautiful surprise !!! At the suggestion of some friends who were enthusiastic about their experience, I started an Open course in this school. Rarely do you happen to do sports while comparing yourself with such special people. The team is composed of serious, very competent, available and passionate instructors who love this discipline so as to involve and train even the most inexperienced people, beginners and not really junior ... Last but not least, this school also for the great empathy and spirit of group that demonstrate the instructors with the students both in the lessons in the pool but also in exits outdoors.

Inoltre ci sono continue proposte per praticare l'apnea in Italia e all'estero. Eppoi anche in periodo di COVID il team è stato in grado di mantenere attivo il gruppo con lezioni via video che sono state utilissime per mantenere un buon livello di competenza. Consigliatissimo! Freediving has proved to be an incredible and fascinating discipline and the team led by Antonio Cavallo has been exceptional in making it live better, creating a cohesive group. Furthermore, there are continuous proposals to practice freediving in Italy and abroad. And also during the COVID period, the team was able to keep the group active with video lessons that were very useful to maintain a good level of competence. Highly recommended!

Istruttori estremamente competenti e cordiali. Le uscite al mare sono piacevoli ed uniscono l'aspetto didattico con momenti di svago. Consigliatissimo! A course suitable for everyone, from fishermen, to divers up to simple snorkelers like myself, who want to approach or deepen apnea in all safety and in all its aspects. Extremely competent and friendly instructors. The outputs to the sea are pleasant and combine the didactic aspect with moments of leisure. Highly recommended!

E' una famiglia in grado di coinvolgerti anche al di fuori delle lezioni, organizzando uscite in mare e cene, creando così un bello spirito di gruppo. Ho seguito il corso con il "Capitano" Antonio Cavallo, grande personalità, capace di essere severo il giusto e divertente allo stesso tempo ed in grado di mantenere vivo il corso con lezioni da remoto durante la chiusura delle piscine per l'emergenza Covid. Gli altri istruttori di Apneafree, incontrati in alcune lezioni, si sono distinti per la loro professionalità e la capacità di analisi e di insegnamento. Promossi a pieni voti!!Tutti! Defining Apneafree as a simple apnea school would be an understatement. It is much more. It is a family capable of involving you even outside of lessons, organizing outings at sea and dinners, thus creating a beautiful team spirit. I followed the course with the "Captain" Antonio Cavallo, great personality, capable of being severe the right and fun at the same time and able to keep the course alive with lessons remotely while closing the pools for the Covid emergency. The other Apneafree instructors, met in some lessons, stood out for their professionalism and ability to analyze and teach. Promoted with flying colors !! Everyone!

E' anche una grande famiglia, fatta di persone amanti del mare, capaci di divertirsi insieme e con poco. Consiglio questa scuola senza nessun dubbio per chi vuole approcciarsi a questa disciplina per la prima volta o per chi cerca un corso per migliorare le sue conoscenze della profondità. Apneafree is first of all a freediving school, managed by competent and professional instructors who always work in compliance with safety. It is also a large family, made up of people who love the sea, capable of having fun together and with little. I recommend this school without any doubt for those who want to approach this discipline for the first time or for those looking for a course to improve their knowledge of depth.

Il corso affronta tutti gli aspetti tecnici necessari per poter approcciare in maniera sicura e consapevole questa disciplina. E poi c'è anche l'aspetto ludico. Grazie alla simpatia e allo spirito d'iniziativa di Antonio (il Presidente) e del suo staff, oltre all'attività in acqua vi sono moltissime occasioni di aggregazione (cene, uscite in barca, stage in posti bellissimi) che rendono il tutto estremamente piacevole. Benessere assicurato! First experience for me in the world of freediving and I must say that I am very happy to have chosen Apneafree. Staff prepared and amenable. The course covers all the technical aspects necessary to safely approach and conscious discipline. And then there's the playful aspect. Thanks to the kindness and the spirit of initiative of Antonio (President) and his staff, in addition to the activity on the water there are many opportunities for aggregation (dinners, boat trips, internships in beautiful places) that make it extremely pleasant .
