★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vi ho trovato il libro che cercavo da tempo... Peccato che me lo ha trovato una libreria vicina che me lo fa arrivare da una loro sede di Ancona. Saranno anche cose che capitano, non lo metto in dubbio, peccato che l'editore del libro in questione era proprio edito da Mondadori

Sono in allestimento da MILLENNI e il tutto versa nella trascuratezza e nell'incuria di un personale che non si prende nemmeno la briga di accogliere il cliente, così perso in conversazioni a voce alta simil crocchio da riunione di condominio. Veramente sconcertato: un neo su una catena di punti di vendita di un colosso dell'editoria italiana. Mai più!

Un signore di mezz’età ci fa entrare per attivare una tessera che si scopre poi essere un abbonamento vincolante di circa 300 euro annui. Il tutto candito da una zuccherina insistenza trasformatasi, in seguito al nostro rifiuto, in una nauseabonda mal celata truffa. VERGOGNA
The place doesn't help, the books are few and poorly maintained, the employees? Worse. A middle-aged man lets us in to activate a card that turns out to be a binding subscription of about 300 euros per year. All candied by a sugary insistence transformed, following our refusal, into a nauseating badly concealed scam. SHAME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima libreria. Il personale è gentile ma attenzione lo fanno per vendervi abbonamenti vincolanti che vi faranno spendere molto di più di quanto poi sono vantaggiosi.
L'interno è piccolo e poco fornito. Se c'è un uomo alto di mezza età con i capelli castani non fatevi servire da lui è il più truffatore.
In sintesi non andate qui (o in altri mondatori) andate da feltrinelli che sono molto più bravi e riforniti.
Bad library. The staff is nice but be careful they do it to sell you binding subscriptions that will make you spend much more than they are profitable.
The interior is small and poorly stocked. If there is a tall middle-aged man with brown hair don't be served by him he is the most crook.
In summary do not go here (or in other hullers) go to feltrinelli who are much better and stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful Experience!!! They had a pressure salesman that followed us into the store and tried to get us to select two books within minutes for an "offer" that they had. He even followed us to and waited at the toilets. Never had a worse experience of a bookstore in my life I'm sorry to say. They must be desperate for business to resort to such tactics.
