Dovevo acquistare un libro universitario con il volantino fornito dalla libreria stessa, ma mi hanno venduto quello dell’edizione precedente, nonostante avessi chiesto l’ultima edizione. Sicuramente erano in mala fede perché la nuova edizione era in uscita la settimana successiva, ma non mi hanno detto nulla. Sono tornato per chiedere se fosse possibile effettuare un cambio, visto che il libro non l’avevo nemmeno aperto, ma un commesso (che mi si è qualificato come responsabile), con una maleducazione del tutto non consona a chi svolge attività professionale, ha cominciato a screditare la mia versione dicendomi che volendo loro avevano anche l’edizione nuova e potevo riacquistarla. Una cosa del genere non mi era mai capitata, al limite della truffa. Il gentilissimo commesso poi mi ha anche preso in giro dicendo che non avrei potuto nemmeno adire le vie legali in quanto non ancora laureato. Acquistateli online i libri o andate altrove, che risparmiate anche, sono infatti carissimi in questa libreria, oltre che poco professionali. Very very bad. A	Andrew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PreCovid: entro, chiedo un libro ad un commesso, me lo porta, mentre lo consulto lui serve altri clienti...decido di acquistarlo e vado al banco cassa posando il libro sul ripiano...arriva un altro commesso (penso sia il titolare) che mi dice in modo brusco di togliere il libro e allontanarmi...gli spiego che devo solo pagare... mi ripete che devo aspettare... serve un altro cliente (entrato dopo) e dopo mi fa pagare... tra l'altro senza scontrino...sono stato fin troppo corretto a prendere il libro, visto come sono stato trattato potevo benissimo uscire e acquistarlo da un'altra parte...in tempo di crisi e di vendite online, l' approccio con il cliente dovrebbe essere improntato alla cordialità e alla gentilezza ...invece... PreCovid: I go in, ask a clerk for a book, he brings it to me, while I consult it he serves other customers ...
