★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli ho affidato con fiducia una lettera destinata a Milano con la raccomandazione, ripetuta più volte, di utilizzare un corriere affidabile e veloce data la delicatezza del contenuto. Risultato: dopo 14 giorni, della lettera, da loro affidata al corriere BDM, non si sa nulla. Né il corriere né Poste centrali hanno mostrato il minimo impegno ed il minimo senso di responsabilità nel prendere in carico il problema. Ho chiamato infinite volte entrambi, senza mai avere una risposta coerente e significativa, né una dimostrazione di reale e concreto interesse. La risposta standard di poste centrali è: mi faccia fare qualche telefonata e le faccio sapere. Ma è solo una presa in giro perché la cosa finisce lì e non è mai arrivata una telefonata di cortesia, come se aver smarrito una spedizione fosse una cosa da nulla ed il cliente non avesse diritto al minimo interessamento. Pessimo servizio, e cura per la clientela inesistente. Se questa è la nuova versione delle Poste, molto meglio l'originale.

The standard answer of the central post office is: let me make a few calls and let you know. But it is only a joke because it ends there and a courtesy phone call never arrived, as if having lost a shipment was a trivial matter and the customer was not entitled to the slightest interest. Bad service, and non-existent customer care. If this is the new version of the Post Office, the original is much better.
