Venuti per un condizionatore che si era scaricato lo hanno ricaricato senza verificare quale fosse il problema.
100 euro e la mattina dopo era di nuovo scarico.
Scopro successivamente che controllando la matricola si sarebbe scoperto che il condizionatore in questione aveva avuto una estensione di garanzia da parte di LG a causa di un errore di progettazione e risolvo con la sostituzione della batteria.
Bad experience.
They came for an air conditioner that had discharged and recharged it without checking what the problem was.
100 euros and the next morning it was unloaded again.
I find out later that by checking the serial number it would have been discovered that the air conditioner in question had had an extension of warranty by LG due to a design error and I resolve with the replacement of the battery.
